construction, and alternate 2 bid for CON/SPAN culvert.
Provide a new stand alone chiller (with air side economizer) to serve the Governor’s mansion. Provide new piping from the chilled water mains to the mansion. Provide cross over control valves to allow the mansion to be feed from the central plant or from the stand alone chiller.
