POWELL COUNTY BOARD OF EDUCATION (OWNER) will receive proposals through CODELL CONSTRUCTION COMPANY (CM) to furnish all labor and materials to complete the STANTON ELEMENTARY SCHOOL located on WEST COLLEGE AVENUE in STANTON, KENTUCKY 40380. Work is to be performed in accordance with plans, specifications, and addenda prepared by SHERMAN CARTER BARNHART ARCHITECTS (ARCHITECT/STRUCTURAL ENGINEER), and CMTA CONSULTING ENGINEERS, INC. (MECHANICAL AND ELECTRICAL ENGINEER).
This project is to remove loose brick faces and clean existing brick masonry and precast lintels. The masonry is to receive a new sealer. Existing control joints are to have old sealant removed and replaced with new sealant and backer-rod. New control joints are to be sawn into the masonry where shown. New weeps and vents are to be installed in the masonry. The pre-cast copings are to be removed and replaced with metal copings, and associated flashing and sealants. Exterior metal doors, windows and stairs are to be re-painted.

The Renovation of the Kentucky State Capitol project is separated into two major areas of Interior and
Exterior work. The Interior work includes but is not limited to renovation and upgrade of: IT/Data
infrastructure, Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) systems. The Exterior work includes but is
not limited to renovation and upgrade of: Dome, Lantern, Roof and Windows. The Interior Design
team is KLH Engineers as prime consultant with K. Norman Berry as sub-consultant for architectural.
The Exterior Design team is EOP Architects as prime consultant with sub-consultant Preservation
Design Partnership (PDP).
The Scope of this Project shall include all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and services required to construct and install the complete and operational systems described herein and on the Drawings. The Project includes clearing, demolition, and disposal of all debris from the removal of the indicated sidewalks/concrete. All earthwork and grading necessary to construct the new sidewalk according to the project plans and specifications. Subgrade preparation, rock base/surface, concrete reinforcement installation, and concrete placement for the new sidewalk according to the project plan and specifications is to be included.
Replace existing overhead door with new larger coiling door. Modify and install new steel structure to accommodate new door size. New concrete pad and pipe bollards. New metal trim and flashing around door head and jambs.

The City of Pikeville is accepting proposals for a qualified consultant to conduct inspections of two potable water tanks in order to aid the City in assessing the tanks’ condition and in preparing documents needed to procure rehabilitation services for the tanks.
Replace all windows as shown on plans. Work will be done in two rooms at a time, working from top floor to
bottom floor. Complete one side of the building and then move to the next side.
The Contractor shall provide all of the materials and perform all the work described in the Specifications and/or shown on the Drawings. The project consists of three facilities located in three different and independently controlled sites from each other. The project will be bid as a single contract.
The following three facilities are involved:
(1) Fayette County JDC, 3475 Spurr Road, Lexington;
(2) Boyd County JDC, 2420 Roberts Drive, Ashland;
(3) Campbell County JDC, 590 Columbia Street Newport.
At each facility the Security Control Board shall be replaced with a new mouse based system with a 32″ display or 42″ display monitor and a push to talk desk top microphone. Attic stock of materials shall be provided to each of the three facilities.
The system will comply with all manufacturers’ requirements and shall report all events and digitally store them on the CPU’s internal hard drive, which will be fed from a local UPS Battery Backup with 30 minutes at 100% load. A redundant backup CPU shall be provided and stored on site with all necessary hardware and software. The Security Control Board is a critically important system and the contractor who wins the bid must provide 24-hour emergency response and be on-site with qualified personnel within 2 hours of an emergency call.
The contractor will replace all Head End Equipment, reuse all wiring and reuse all field devices such as existing Door Locks, Door Switches, Speakers, Call In Stations, Cell Lights, Cell Receptacles and connect them into the new Security Control Board. All existing functions shall be maintained, programmed and connected by the new Security Control Board.
Clarify that the work is to be conducted in a fully occupied, juvenile corrections facility, and will remain fully occupied during the entire contract period. Downtime of the Security Control Board System is to be kept to an absolute minimum. In no case shall the Security Control Board be down for more than a 12-hour maximum downtime period after the New Security Control Board system is brought online. The contractor shall provide all labor, planning, materials, and work to meet this expectation. Work to be performed within the facility is to be coordinated with the Owner’s Representative (Superintendent or Maintenance Supervisor) on a daily basis.

The City of Versailles (“Versailles” or “the City”) is accepting proposals (“Proposals”) to enter into an economic development lease agreement (“Lease”) or public-private partnership (“P3”) agreement (“P3 Agreement”) to develop an entertainment complex (the “Project”) at 525 Marsailles Road, Versailles, KY 40383 (the “Building” or the “Project Site”). The City seeks a highly qualified partner (“Respondents” or “Private Partners”) who can provide more entertainment options to the residents of Versailles. Versailles is willing to be creative with its arrangement and share risk and reward with the right Private Partner.
The City is accepting Proposals to lease the Building, to include developing the Building as an entertainment complex and providing entertainment services to the general public. In the event an economic development lease arrangement is not viable, Versailles will also accept P3 Proposals to design, build, finance, operate, and/or maintain the Building for this purpose.
The goal of this project is to provide an area and fulfill the requirements for the install of large commercial washing and drying equipment. The scope of work includes removing several existing concrete pads and areas, installing new concrete pads fitting the requirements of the machines, installing an access door, and repairing the exposed walls in the abandoned electrical room to adapt the space for installation of dryers. The washer install will require a trench drain and the dryers require individual thru wall penetrations for exhaust.
