The Administrative Office of the Courts is soliciting proposals on behalf of the Clark County Project Development
Board (PDB) for a construction manager-at-risk to develop and construct a new Judicial Center to be located in
Winchester, Ky.
The project consists of the removal and replacement of the existing ceramic tile roof & related flashings. New gutters and downspouts will also be installed throughout. Several gables will get new ceramic tile siding to match the roof. Chimneys and stone parapet caps over the affected roof areas will be cleaned & sealed.

All work as described for Athletic Pkg 1 – Site Concrete, including but not limited to construction of concrete – Seating platforms on south side of field, and east end of field (as Alternate Bid) with site work, concrete, masonry, retaining wall, steel handrails, and fencing/gates.
The interiors of the existing Conference Center at Lake Cumberland State Park are being upgraded with new finishes and other improvements throughout the public spaces. Work includes selective demolition throughout, with most existing finishes being completely removed. New work includes new flooring, painting, wallcoverings, casework, acoustic treatments and window treatments. Restrooms will receive new tile floors and walls, new toilet partitions and accessories, and new acoustic ceilings.
Mechanical work includes the replacement of many of the existing grilles. New plumbing fixtures will replace existing in the restrooms. All lighting in the public spaces will be new. A new audio-visual system includes projector, motorized screen, sound system and lighting controls.

Description and location of Project: SCOPE OF WORK COVERED BY THE CONTRACT
A. The Contractor shall provide all materials, equipment, labor, supervision, incidentals, and all other items necessary to complete the project in accordance with the requirements of the Contract Documents.
B. The Work of this Project is defined by the Contract Documents and includes, but is not limited to, the following:
Pre-TAB:
Perform pre-TAB on existing airside and hydronic systems, prepare report, and submit to Owner.
Mechanical:
Inspect, clean, and disinfect existing supply/return/exhaust ductwork and plenums scheduled to remain. Disconnect, remove, and replace select fume hoods and associated appurtenances where indicated within the laboratory space. Disconnect, remove, and replace portions of the existing exhaust duct as indicated where it extends through the existing roof deck. Disconnect, remove, and replace the existing rooftop-mounted exhaust fans, plenum, and roof curbs. Disconnect, remove, and replace the existing inline chilled water pump, air separator, and appurtenances.
Electrical:
Miscellaneous supporting electrical work is included in the scope of the project.
Architectural:
Saw-cut, remove, and replace a select portion of the existing low-slope roofing system including rigid board insulation down to the existing metal roof deck as required for demolition and new work.
Commissioning & Closeout:
Provide start-up/testing and TAB of new systems, perform Owner training, and provide O&M manuals and record documents in accordance with specs.
All work shall be done in accordance to MSD’s Standard Specifications.
There will be Non-Mandatory pre-bid meeting held for this project. The Meeting will be held at the Morris Forman Water Quality Treatment Center on Tuesday, April 21, 2026 at 9:00 a.m. The address is 4522 Algonquin Parkway. All visitors will be required to furnish their own PPE to visit the site. We can meet at the gazebo at the top of the hill and then walk to the conference room. Will do a lab walkthrough after the meeting.
The Engineer’s Construction Cost Estimate for this project is between $900,000.00 and $1,500,000.00.

The W.T Young Library lower-level will undergo a student -focused updated to enhance the
services and programs offered within the space. The renovation will introduce spaces such as
classrooms , tutoring spaces, student success programs, office spaces, and other resources
to amplify student success initatives. The u[grades will ensure that the W.T. Young Library
basement becomes a conrerstone of student learning and success.
This project is for Chemistry Roof Replacement. The project consists of removing the existing roof down to the
decking and installing a built-up roof system over the properly prepared substrate.
The Chandler Expansion project will involve the construction of a 2.08 million SF,
895 bed facility – with the focus on the expansion of the Chandler Patient Care
Facility. The building will accommodate additional inpatient beds and clinical
support services. General services targeted for this location include, but are not
limited to, adult and pediatric inpatient rooms, observation spaces, operating rooms,
minor procedures, diagnostic services, imaging services, pharmacy, retail, lab,
administration, support, and meeting spaces.

This project is for the Biology Building Penthouse Roof Replacement. The project consists of removing the
existing roof down to the decking and installing 5,910 sf of build-up roof system over the properly prepared

This project consists of replacement and/or upgrades of HVAC systems at the Humanities
Building and the Learning Resource Center (LRC) at the Owensboro Community &
Technical College (OCTC) Main Campus for improvement of reliability, comfort, and
efficiency. The work generally consists of, but is not limited to, the following: replacement
of boilers and self-contained air-conditioning units with geothermal heat recover chillers
and chilled water air-handling units, replacement of VAV boxes, and improvements to
airflow and cooling capacity to select zones. The trades involved include, but are not
limited to, the following: demolition, sheet metal, HVAC piping, HVAC insulation,
geothermal, electrical, temperature controls, and general construction.

Based on the terminal area planning and conceptual work completed to date, the current
proposed ready return concept is planned to include the following:
• A covered walkway from the terminal to the facility, with roadway improvements on
either side of the walkway to create parking areas for ground transportation providers
along the walkway.
• A total facility footprint of up to 144,000 square feet (approx. 600 feet x approx. 240
feet).
• A conditioned customer service building (CSB) space attached to the parking structure,
with circulation and queuing space for customers and at least six ticket counters with

The Project consists of screening equipment in screening structure, piping, flow splitter box,

SCADA integration, site work and access road improvements, water service and appurtenances,

This project consists of the new construction of an approximately 10,000 gross square foot maintenance and storage facility. This one-story Pre-Engineered Metal Building (PEMB) serves as a specialized storage facility for securely housing commercial vehicles, training equipment and supplies for the Kentucky Fire Academy in Greenville, Kentucky. The base bid includes five (5) overhead doors and five (5) vehicle bays, with a trench drain along the center long axis. The storage and maintenance facility also includes lighting, fans, radiant heaters, overhead air hose drops, overhead power drops, hose bibs, and emergency eye wash stations.
A new 1-story building of approximately 7,750 square feet UK Center for Applied Energy Research.
The building program consists of a large meeting space, pre-function/entry, board room, breakroom,
2 offices, restrooms and support spaces. The building structure consists of ICF walls and structural
steel roof on slab-on-grade with a SBS modified roof. Exterior finishes consist of brick veneer and
metal panels. Building HVAC is supplied by a geo-thermal loop system. The site/landscape includes
new parking, new plaza and new outdoor space for conference room. The building is expecting a
LEED Silver rating.
