In addition, install a new 3” forced main on the sump pump from the west side tunnel to the closest sanitary manhole. Extend new electrical service from the existing Small Animal steam vault to the existing west side tunnel and provide new lighting and power in the west side tunnel.

Project consists of general site demolition and clearing of the site, earthwork for the site based on the grading plan, removal of existing fill material below the proposed Amphitheater building and placement of controlled fill per the Geotechnical recommendations, site utilities, and construction of a retaining wall east of Ruckriegel Parkway. Estill County High School building. For the REBID of this project, the scope has been altered to
remove the asphalt work, grading of the subgrade, and concrete patching.
The project includes providing all construction supervision, labor, materials, tools, test equipment
necessary for the LAKESHORE DRIVE PUMP STATION REPLACEMENT. The project is
located at 544 Lakeshore Drive, Lexington, KY. The work will be construction of one
comminutor/splitter manhole, two wet wells, a valve vault, and associated piping. There will be
approximately 80 LF of 6” DIP force main to be constructed. Two submersible pumps will be
installed, one in each wet well. One comminutor will be installed. Associated electrical work shall
be performed.
Roof Overlays: Attach insulation recovery board over existing roof systems as noted. Install 2-Ply SBS Modified Bituminous Membrane Roofing system over recovery board insulation.
