This invitation is for the renovation of several spaces in the Wallace Building as specified in the following bid at Eastern
Kentucky University’s Richmond, KY Campus. The work includes furnishing all labor, materials, equipment and services
necessary for the complete renovation of approximately 12 classrooms. Details are attached under the “Buyer
Attachments” section of this event, however, additional specifications and information will be provided at the pre bid
meeting.
Natural Bridge SRP Sky Lift Area Gravity Sewer Replacement consist of the installation of approximately 880 LF of 8-inch PVC Gravity Sewer Line, 60 LF of 4-inch Sewer Service, (7) Manholes together, Bypass pumping as needed, demolitions of existing manholes and surface restoration together with all related work as specified and shown on the Drawings.
The project generally consists of, but is not limited to, the following work:
1. Development 32-001: Replace existing HVAC systems in 30 apartments and 2 maintenance

administrative/community building.
Louisville Water Company is requesting Bids for a section of one (1) neighborhood street located in northern Bullitt County in the Kings Lake Drive area; Tuts Road. The referenced project consists of the supply and install a total of 1,480 LF of water main, including supply and install of 1,480+/- linear feet of eight (8)-inch DR-18 C900 PVC using traditional trench installation techniques. Also included with the project is the supply and installation of two (2) fire hydrants, and the supply and transfer, renewal, relocation, or discontinue of eight (8)+/- customer services. Fire hydrant removal, main cut and plugs, and restoration on and along Project Limits as stated above shall be included. Contractor shall supply and install all materials required for the completion of this project.

hallway space to connect to the existing gym. Minor demolition and re-work of the existing
Dishwasher and Kitchen is also included. A firewall will separate the new addition from the existing
building. Minor demolition of Plumbing, HVAC, and Electrical Systems to allow for construction of
cafeteria addition. Existing systems will be extended for Plumbing, HVAC, and Electrical to serve the
addition. Work includes extending domestic water piping to new fixtures, sanitary sewer extension to
new fixtures, hydronic piping extension to new equipment, water source heat pumps and ductwork,
dishwasher exhaust ductwork, HVAC controls, LED lighting and controls, new electrical panel, new
electrical devices, communications cabling, and fire alarm system extension. The structure consists of
concrete foundations, load-bearing CMU walls. The roof framing consists of light gauge joists or light
gauge trusses under steel metal roof decking. Existing roof joists above the kitchen will be reinforced.
Site work involves new utility connections, sidewalks, curb and gutter, asphalt paving and striping.
The UK 5th Floor Fit Out Med Gas Riser package includes installing new medical vacuum,
medical air, and medical oxygen risers in the UK Chandler Pavilion A. Hospital. These risers
will run from the 2nd/3rd floor to the 12th floor and includes a live tie in for the oxygen line.

This project consists of the removal and replacement of approximately 350 square feet of brick cladding at the Health Services Building in Frankfort, Kentucky.
The project is the demolition and removal of the existing two-story Student Center on the campus of the Henderson Community College (HCC). Building removal shall include removal of the entire building, building utilities and selected site improvements. The existing site area to be filled with soil and established turf.
The purpose of this project is to improve the pedestrian and vehicular circulation on the hilltop. This project will close through vehicular traffic on Colonnade Drive as we add a loop drive to Hilltop Drive.

This project consists of the removal and replacement of
approximately 222,000 square feet of f-RPP geomembrane lagoon liner after the
City has had the sludge removed from the lagoon under separate contract. There
is also approximately 99,000 square feet of compacted borrow soil liner to be place
on the “floor” of the lagoon as well as a non-woven geotextile material between the
additional soil liner and the geomembrane liner. The borrow soil material is
available on-site. The project is being done with local funds only, and wage rates
will not apply.
