This project includes plumbing fixture and interior finishes renovation for six
restrooms (intermediate restroom, high school cafeteria restroom, vocational wing restroom, high
school first floor restroom, high school second floor restroom, new gym lobby restroom) in the Elliott
County School building. One new family restroom will be added in the intermediate restroom.
Existing janitor’s closet at new gym lobby restroom will be demolished and transformed into a new
family restroom with a mop sink closet added.
Project Description: The project is a roof coating and replacement at the Department of Military Affairs – Murray Readiness Center located in Murray, Kentucky. The work consists of two roofing systems, SBS modified bitumen membrane and silicone roof coating for the existing building. Modified bitumen membrane work is the full replacement for the 910 sf Kitchen area. The remainder of the building, approximately 17,000 sf will be coated with silicone roof coating. All of the existing parapet copings, conductor heads and downspouts are also to be replaced.
The project is the epoxy flooring overlay of existing terrazzo flooring on two walks of Cellhouse No. 3. The project involves the flooring preparation and overlay installation of seamless epoxy flooring in the Dayroom and cells. Work shall include floor cleaning, grinding and preparing existing surface, epoxy installation and cove bases.

Phase I is to install 1/2 of the roof system on W.T. Young Library. The work is to remove the
ballast from the existing EPDM roof-membrane, install a urethane coated SPFR system and
install the sleepers for a future roof-top work platform. The sleepers will be embedded into the
foam of the SPR system. The future work-platform is for maintenance-access to the building
Cupola and the Rotunda roof, exterior walls, built-in gutters, downspouts and windows. The
work platform is to be constructed on the perimeter of the large roof central-skylight system in
order to accommodate a lift reaching to the top of the Rotunda.

Interior remodeling of an existing 2,995 square feet Classroom facility. Work includes miscellaneous interior demolition of gypsum board partitions, ceilings, and demolition of mechanical, electrical and plumbing items.
New construction includes creating two Classrooms and ancillary spaces. Construction of Toilets, Storage and a Lactation Rooms including, new hollow metal frames, wood doors and hardware. 1. Overall project consists of the selective demolition of existing finishes and structures
within the old US Bank Building. When completed the full rebuild of the building will
house Churchill Downs Inc.’s Derby City Downtown Gaming, consisting of two floors of
HRM gaming areas, support space, kitchen, and multiple bar and food options. In addition
to the two lower gaming floors the project also refurbishes three floors of an upper level
parking garage. All new upgraded utility services will supply the building.
2. The scope of work contained in this Bid Package includes the early selection of
subcontractors who will design and install micropiles for new building and retaining wall
foundations and who will detail, fabricate, and install the structural steel and decking for
the reinforcement of the building and for the building additions along Market Street and
Fourth Street. The bid documents being used for this bid are a progress set of the structural
drawings and specifications and are not final, but they appear to be far enough along to be
representative of the scope of work. Final pricing per the completed design will need to be
established with the selected bidder or bidders, depending on what is in the best interest of
the owner, before issuing a subcontract.

replacement of aging waterlines that extends from the community of Wayland and running north along
KY Route 7 to the community of Lackey both located Floyd County, Kentucky.
The Town of Sellersburg has developed plans for the development of Bill Mosely
Park at Mosely Park Rd, Sellersburg, IN 47172. The project limits span a 1.6-acre area surrounding the Sellersburg Town Pool. Land and Water Conservation Fund monies will be used to assist in the park development; all relevant requirements will apply.

Demolition and Selective Demolition of existing 2 story frame
structure and selective portions of the existing historic
masonry section of the house. This includes the removal of
all foundation materials that conflict with new work of the
addition, with proper removal from site all associated
material of the demolition.
The addition is typical 2×6 wood frame brick veneer, and or
cement fiber siding construction, with a masonry wall and
steel and metal deck concrete roofed “rated construction”
records room. Other miscellaneous steel material and
fabrications. Concrete foundations and slab on grade floors
for the addition. Includes, Foundation and utility service
excavation, foundation insulations, drain system, fill and
backfill. Dimensional Shingle roofing over proper
underlayment and plywood roof deck. gutters and Down spouts.
Exposed truss fabrications and stick framed roofing with
plywood deck. Exposed wood plank interior ceiling area.
Cabinetry and Finish carpentry – Casework and wood trims,
wood interior doors and wood/alum entry door and frame,
aluminum clad replacement windows in the historic sections
and similar units for the new addition. Composite fiber board
and vinyl soffit and eave trims. Drywall systems, plaster
repair, acoustic ceiling systems, painting, stain concrete
and (wood floor refinishing- historic section), ceramic tile,
and vinyl floor coverings in the addition. All envelope
insulations for walls and attics (fiberglass/ spray foam)
inclusive of sound insulations. All Mechanical/ Electrical /
Plumbing systems. Provide for new connections to all utility
service taps. Mini split H.V.A.C. systems (elec), Plumbing
and plumbing system fixtures. Electrical service panel/ meter
relocation. Lighting equipment and fixtures, and data
service. All Site preparation and coordination for all
utility services connections, excavation. Site concrete and
paving, and minor landscaping and pavilion structure.

The project consists of replacing two (2) water booster pump
stations and one (1) water booster pump station upgrade with all necessary
appurtenances. If funds remain, a third water booster pump station will be
replaced. The engineer’s estimate for the total base bid is $775,000.
Buildings and Roof Areas: 1 & 2
a. Remove:
i. Existing membrane roofing system, including insulation, down to existing, sloped concrete decks.

iii. Existing sealant from tilt-up wall panels exterior joints

i. New 2-layers of 2.2″ insulation and 1/2″ cover board to produce an R-25 roofing system.
ii. New crickets at drainage with 1/2″ per foot slope.
iii. New 2-ply SBS roofing membrane with foil faced flashings.
iv. New 24 gage prefinished metal copings, metal counter flashings and edge metals.
v. New roof drain inserts.
vi. New razor wire and brackets
vii. New preformed joint seals in tilt-up wall panel exterior joints.
A new drive and parking area have been designed to facilitate service access to the ECTC Student Center. Work includes earthwork and storm drainage, installation of a new asphalt drive and sidewalks to connect with existing loop road. Project provides new site lighting, dumpster pad, screen fence and plantings.

The Demolition Package of this project includes demolition of the existing Cliff Hagan
Stadium and accessory structures, as well as site and site utility demolition. The demolition of
this bid package will ready the site for the new indoor track facility construction, to be issued
