The existing approximately 15,300 square foot roof to be removed is a 2 ply modified bitumen roof on metal deck. The new roof system is a Two Ply SBS Modified Bitumen in cold adhesive over cover board over rigid board insulation system. The first layer of insulation will be mechanically fastened. Additional layers and coverboard will be set in two part foam adhesive. The existing metal coping will be removed and replaced with a new pre-finished sheet metal coping. Existing counter flashings to be removed and replaced with new counter-flashings. Existing roof gutters and dowspouts to be removed and replaced with new pre-finished metal gutters and downspouts.

22-74 / Mariemont Road Water Main Replacement

The referenced project include sections of one (1) neighborhood street located in southwestern Louisville in the Lower Hunters Trace area; Mariemont Road. The referenced project consists of the supply and install a total of 670 LF of water main, including supply and install of 670+/- linear feet of 6-inch DR-18 C900 PVC water main using traditional trench installation techniques. Also included with the project is the supply and installation of 1 fire hydrant, and the supply and transfer, renewal, relocation, or discontinue of 17+/- customer services. Fire hydrant removal, main cut and plugs, and restoration on and along Project Limits as stated above shall be included. Contractor shall supply and install all materials required for the completion of this project.

The Company’s Project Manager’s estimate for the Contract plus Company supplied materials for this Project is $200,001 – 250,000. Laurel County Board of Education – South Laurel High School Cafeteria and Media Center Expansion
This major renovation and addition project will include demolition of the
existing double entrance configuration at the main entry point to the school; demolition of the
existing Administration Suite currently separated from the main entry area; and a partial
demolition of the existing Cafeteria and Media Center to create a new, single building entrance
with secure vestibule, relocating the Administration Suite to the front of the building, and
expanding the Cafeteria dining area and Media Center spaces to create new internal social
spaces for students with clerestory windows that introduce natural light into the center of the
existing building.
There will be extensive structural work involved to both maintain the existing building structure
of the adjacent areas within the existing building in addition to the new structural components
for the Administration Suite and New Entrance addition. The structure will be reinforced, load
bearing masonry on poured-in-place concrete foundations with steel bar joists to support the
roof. The roof will involve both tie-in to the existing TPO roof system at the new clerestory,
high roof areas and spaces as well as at the new TPO roof system for the Addition area.
The project includes Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing work to support the new
Administration Suite and Entrance addition and for the expansion of the Cafeteria and Media
Center that will tie into the existing building systems while school remains in operation.
Exterior site improvements are modest in scope but will be necessary to tie the new Addition
into the existing site components.

The Project consists of HVAC renovations and upgrades in three separate buildings on the campus of the Kentucky School for the Deaf, Danville, Ky. A new evaporative cooler will be provided for the ~120 Ton closed-circuit, water-source heat pump system at Brady Hall to replace the existing unit, and a new packaged, air-cooled, 100 Ton chiller will be provided for Kerr Hall, to replace the existing unit. The Thomas Hall gymnasium and natatorium will have a major HVAC renovation and upgrade, including replacement of all air handling equipment with more efficient and code-aware units, addition of mechanical cooling to the gym areas and a new DDC networked control system, interfacing with the existing campus FMS network. A new electric service for the building, lighting and ceiling work in the Lobby and Pool areas, duct cleaning and minor structural work are also included.

The work consists of the removal of approximately 9,300 sf of existing metal roofing panels supported on cold-rolled framing to the existing prefabricated light-gauge metal truss framing system. Replacement work for base bid pricing is installation of plywood sheathing, underlayment, laminated asphalt shingle roofing and gutter replacement. An alternate will be accepted for removal and replacement of fascia trim, downspouts, soffit panels and metal trim. Work will be performed over occupied and finished building interior.
