This project consists of construction of a masonry security guard house and a steel arched gateway truss, with a metal entryway sign on top, supported by reinforced masonry piers. Work includes selective site demolition, road paving, site electrical work, and interior electrical. Also include electrical and telecomm work within the existing Exum Center Building for connectivity with the guard house.
The scope of work consists of a full restaurant ground up build. All mechanical trades will be required as well as glass/glazing, drywall/metal stud, rough carpentry, finish carpentry, tile, acoustic ceiling, painting, and roofing.

Re-Roof Building #135 Center Section , Bluegrass Station

The project involves re-roof work on center bay of a located at Bluegrass Station in Lexington, KY. The two side bays have been reroofed recently. The existing approximately 63,000 square foot roof to be removed is an ballasted EPDM single ply system on metal deck. There is reason to be believe that a significant amount of the metal deck shall need to be replaced. The new roof system is at the contractors choice either EPDM, TPO, or PVC single ply system that is fully adhered over a 1 1/2″ rigid board insulation. The ballast will be disposed of on site.

The Robert Boggs III (AML) Reclamation Project is located near Pikeville in Pike County. The landslide has developed from mining activities in the Elkhorn coal seam and surface runoff. The site is located at Smiley Fork Road, approximately 4.6 miles from the junction of US 23 and KY 3496 South of Pikeville. This is a SMALL COAL SET ASIDE PROJECT.
