Project base bid scope includes the installation of one (1) gas-fired, fire-tube condensing boiler and associated hydronic piping and accessories, and natural gas piping and accessories for a complete operating heating hot water system. New boiler equipment and piping shall be interconnected to the existing piping/pumping system as indicated on contract drawings. The existing electric boiler shall remain in place and operational as emergency back-up to the new gas-fired boiler. Natural gas service to the new boiler shall be extended from exterior of mechanical room with gas service main being provided under a seperate contract.
The construction of two in-line stormwater treatment structures on existing stormwater pipes to provide for the removal of trash, debris and other pollutants from the stormwater, plus other incidentals required to complete the work in the Green Acres Neighborhood.

The work for this project consists of the restoration of 2,274 LF of Cranes Nest Branch, including but not limited to construction of in-stream structures, excavation of proposed channels and floodplains, reshaping of existing channels, native planting and seeding, preparation of soil for seeding, planting of trees and shrubs, installation of erosion control fabric and mulch, and harvesting, transporting, installing, and maintaining live stakes and rooted materials.

The construction documents cover the exterior renovation and structural repairs to Fire Station #5. Building is located in a historic district. All work must comply with historic preservation standards. The building will be occupies and all systems must remain in operation. Contractor must have experience with historic projects.
The existing roof framing will be reinforced. Metal tie-rod collar-ties will be added. Existing roof rafters repaired. Exterior masonry walls to be rebuilt along top courses, damage brick replaced, exterior repointed and painted. Aves and boxed-in gutters are to be replaced. Original exterior wood trim shall be salvaged and reused. Carpentry repairs to deteriorated portions of window and door frames as well as miscellaneous carpentry to complete the selected renovation work.
The project sonsists of approximately 12,200 LF of 16″ waterline, 300 LF of open cut and bored encasements, tie-ins to existing lines, waterline appurtenances, and installation.
This project consists of renovating approximately 11,000 GSF of space on a single floor. The building will be renovated into an undergraduate class lab facility for Biology and an outreach intructional facility for the Partnership Institute for Mathematics and Science Education Reform (PIMSER). The improvements will include a community activities room that will double as a classroom for both PIMSER and Biology. The renovation will also incorporate necessary upgrades of the building systems, such as communications, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, fire safety and security.
The University will be upgrading the Electrical and IT Infrastructure in 4 different clinics to upgrade to their new Electronic Heath Records system. The scope of work will include providing new Cisco dual power switches and rack mounted UPS, installing new HVAC in the communication rooms to accommodate the new heat load, and upgrading the data network in each of the clinics. Included in this would new Wireless Access devices and new data and power outlets located throughout clinics as indicated.

The proposed work is generally described as follows: Construction os approximately 1,390 ft of 8” ductile iron pipe on Parkview Ave, 436 ft of 4” ductile iron pipe on Harrison Ave, 1,515 ft of 8” ductile iron pipe on 18th Street, 1,587 ft of 12” ductile pipe on 19th Street, 1,389 ft of ductile iron pipe on Summer Hill Ave, 106 ft of 4” ductile iron pipe and 247 ft of 2” HDPE pipe on Hulbert Alley in Newport, Campbell Co, Kentucky.

The Work consists of renovation of several contiguous laboratories on the first floor in the Chemistry-Physics Building on the University of Kentucky campus in Lexington, Kentucky, as follows: Demolition of existing finishes, partitions, and building systems. Construction of new partitions, installation of new finishes, building systems, and laboratory items as required to create new research laboratories and their supporting spaces. Installation of new buildings systems in other areas of the Chemistry-Physics Building to support the new research labs as shown on the Contract Documents. New finishes include resilient floor tile, resinous flooring, resilient base, painted gypsum board, and suspended acoustical ceiling system. New building components include metal laboratory casework, epoxy laboratory counters and sinks, and fume hoods. All of the Work is interior, with the exception of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing work shown on the Contract Documents.
The Work consists of: An addition to the existing Oldham County Health Dept Bldg. Work includes, partial demolition of existing facility, construction of new office and work areas, demonstration kitchen, community space, toilet rooms, maintenance and storage areas as well as renovations to some spaces within the existing facility.
The Work includes complete Building addition with mechanical, electrical and plumbing. Exterior work includes paving, sidewalks and landscaping.
