The scope of work includes four (4) new effluent pumps, structural modifications to the existing effluent pumps wet well, a new 36-inch ductile iron and reinforced concrete gravity effluent line, a new 24-inch ductile iron force main, a new gatewell with 36-inch sluice gate and electric actuator and an energydissipation feature between the end of the gravity line and Mill Creek.
Contract 1: Provide the labor, equipment, materials for construction of @27,000 LF of 8-inch sewer pipe, fittings and service line and appurtenances; 140 – 4-foot diameter manholes complete with frames and covers, and 50 grinder pumps with inline and end of line clean outs; latral kits, check and ball valves and all other appurtenances.
Contract 2: Provide the labor, equipment, materials for the construction of four submersible pump stations with 4-inch force mains and 6-inch force mains.
The scope of construction includes demolition of the existing fountain, sidewalks, walls, site amenitites and electrical components, the installation of a new fountain, sidewalk pavement with pavers, light poles and fixtures, irrigation, landscaping, retaining walls and seat walls.
Construction of approximately 3,200 linear feet of 12″ ductile waterline, 80 linear feet of 8″ ductile iron waterline, 40 linear feet of 6″ ductile iron waterline, 40 linear feet of 8″ PVC waterline, and appurtenances. Construction of approximately 4,00 linear feet of 6″ PVC forcemain, 160 linear feet of 2″ PVC forcemain, 400 linear feet of 8″ PVC gravity sewer, and 3 sanitary sewer manholes.

The project is located near Fern Creek High School and consists of CIPP lining of 8 inch diameter (14,380 LF), 10 inch diameter (300 LF), 12 inch diameter (457 LF), 15 inch diameter (1,105 LF) pipes and lateral tophats (233 EA). This project is the development of a multi-use path in Johnson County and Magoffin County along the former Dawkins Railroad Line. The trail will have an equistrian-friendly crushed aggregate surface. The existing railroad bridges will be repaired and retrofitted with new decking and safety handrails for equistrian, pedistrian, and bicycle use. Stormwater drainage items will be cleaned, modified, and/or replaced to properly drain surface water. Safety signage meetingt the Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices (MUTCD) guidelines will be placed at trail intersections with public roads. Much of the project is in remote areas and access is limited. Many areas require crossing existing railroad structures to access. The project is a lump sum base bid project with addiitive alternates.

Work includes: work to alleviate landslide damage to site by the replacement of sidewalks with the addition of individual porches to assist in drainage away from the building, fill and grade work for drainage away from the building, and construction of lawn area swales and retaining wall.

The building includes approximately 5,514 gross square feet in the Base Bid. The structure will be comprised of load bearing insulating concrete form walls with a brick veneer and precast concrete roof deck. The roof system will be an EPDM single-ply system. Interior walls will be non-load bearing metal framing with painted gymsum board.

emergency power systems at JCTC. A new Owner supplied S&C pad mounted
primary switch and attendant expansion of the primary distribution system to form a
complete primary electric tie loop for the campus is required. Additionally removal and

diesel gensets and attendant low voltage distribution is included.
