The scope of work consists of select demolition and fit-up of a 1,350 SF portion of the MDS building first floor and 2,642 SF portion of the basement. The space includes labs, evaluation rooms and auxiliary research space.
The work consists of select demolition of existing finishes, partitions and building systems, construction of an equipment pit and new partitions, installation of new finishes, building systems, and laboratory items. New finishes include raised access flooring, tile and rubber flooring, paint and acoustical ceiling and cubical curtains. New building components include casework, camera mounts, a constructed runway and building system components. Installation of laboratory equipment includes forceplate mounting plates.

The project generally consists of construction of approximately 4,560 LF of industry lead track. The construction is a realignment of an existing industry track serving River Ridge, portions of which will be demolished with this project.

It includes up to 1,961 feet of main sewer lines, part or all of which are to be cleaned and televised using CCTV in accordance with PACP standards prior to the start of construction. Following the cleaning and televising work, the contractor shall provide a report of all defects with recommendations for rehabilitation based upon unit prices bid and constructability of any required rehabilitation. Based upon the results of the CCTV, the contractor will rehabilitate and repair designated areas of the lines using a combination of CIPP lining and spot open cut repairs. Also new manhole and sewer work are included in the Proposal Form.

Commonwealth Stadium Renovation/Expansion, located at 1540 University Drive in Lexington, KY consists of multiple bid packages and 4 phases of construction. The Commonwealth stadium Renovation/Expansion project will consist of renovation and alterations to improve overall functionality, security and aesthetics thereby satisfying the needs of the University and improving the spectator experience. These alterations will consist of but not be limited to constructing a new team store, press facilities, full-service kitchen, additional suites, concessions, restrooms, video boards, security upgrades, and a new recruiting room. 2388.0 Abatement and Demolition of North Campus Housing
The project consists of the abatement of hazardous materials and demolition of five existing facilities on North Campus, to include Boyd Hall, Jewell Hall, Holmes Hall, Keeneland Hall and the Hamilton House. The facilities have a combined area of approximately 234,200 sf. Demolition includes foundations, basements and all utility lines within five feet of the building footprint. It also includes other site utility demolition and new work.

Construction of an addition to the WTP building, replace filter media and underdrains, replace flocculators, install VFD’s on existing pumps, installation of a SCADA System and upgrade the filter control system, replace misc. valves, piping and fittings and other appurtenances as shown.
Work consists of mechanical and electrical work to install 2 new NMR’s and 1 FRMS in existing NMR facility. Electrical work includes, but is not limited to, installation of new non-ferrous isoduct, electrical panel, conduit, data, and breakers. HVAC work includes, but is not limited to, new quench vent from basement to roof of building in existing chase, plumbing for new gases, floor penetrations, scaffolding, and HVAC modifications within the NMR facility.
Renovation of the existing Hope Center Emergency Shelter including, but not limited to, removal and disposal of existing HVAC units, removal and replacement of outdoor electrical disconnects and wiring, installation of new HVAC system
Construction of the Greenup Sewer Pump Station, including wet well, pumps, guide rails, valve vault, meter vault, electrical, controls, SCADA System, approximately 188 lf of gravity sewer line and manholes and other incidental and related work necessary for completion.
The project is located in downtown Versailles, Woodford County, Kentucky, along North Main Street (US 62/US 60x) between Lexington Road and Broadway. The work to be bid includes the construction of streetscape sidewalk, curb, stamped concrete entries, ADA access, electrical conduit and connections, street lights, landscaping, and limited pavement construction, as well as the construction of numerous streetscape amenities along North Main Street. Demolition and striping work will be handled by the City of Versailles.
The work of the contract can be summarized as follows:

The project includes providing all construction supervision, labor, materials, tools, test equipment necessary for the installation of a new vactor truck unloading station at the Town Branch Wastewater Treatment Plant. The project scope includes all associated site work and necessary piping.
The work includes the renovation of the existing library with new additions for a total of 19,722 GSF. The existing library has approximately 11,126 SF; 6,858 in a building built in 1904 to be renovated, and the additions have 12,864 SF. An adjacent building of approximately 2,088 SF will be demolished completely. The scope of work for this project includes but is not limited to: selective, systems, and building demolition, mechanical systems including installation of a ground-source geothermal system, electrical, fire protection, and fire alarm systems, interior partitions and finishes, door hardware, site improvements and paving. The building will be unoccupied during all phases of construction work.
Consisting of the construction and/or furnishing of items listed in the Bid Schedule for the installation of a temporary kitchen at the Community Corrections Facility, 600 Old Frankfort Circle, Lexington, KY
The intent of this project is to extend existing electrical utility services from Substation #3 to the east side of campus to accommodate the current and planned expansion projects. These new services will route in both existing and new pathway elements consisting of underground electrical conduits and manholes. New 15KV cabling and switches will be installed to facilitate the distribution along with an expansion of the substation itself.

The scope of work consists of the fit-up of an 8,400 SF shell space currently under construction in the first floor at Champions Court I 344 South Martin Luther King Blvd. The shell space will be fit up to accommodate the University tutoring services called The Study. The space includes restroom facilities and a planned coffee shop.
