This contract consists of building addition for an Aqua Ammonia & Bulk Carbon Feed Systems, approximately 100 LF of 24-inch ductile iron yard piping, 150 LF of 18-inch ductile iron yard piping, chemical injection vaults and appurtenances.
The project consists of but not limited to the construction of a new vehicle wash facility for the City of Frankfort, Frankfort Transit (FKFT). The 3350 square foot facility provides a 25’ x 86’-8” wash and detail bay for Frankfort Transit with adjoining storage, wash equipment, restroom and lobby. The project also includes underground utilities serving the vehicle wash bay, and oil/water separator.

Project consists of demolition of various components east of Column Line5, of the existing one story building at 115 Cisco Road. This demolition package is in preparation for the future renovation of the existing facility (formerly the Juvenile Detention Facility) to serve as the new Public Safety Operations Center for LFUCG. The various building components to be demolished include concrete masonry walls, doors, windows, ceiling systems, and flooring systems. Demolition of various mechanical, plumbing and electrical system components is also part of the scope of work.
Construction of a new single story, approximately 6,477 square foot Medical Clinic to be built on their site located at Second and Mound Street in Harlan, Ky 40831.
This contract consists of approximately 450 LF of 2″ PE Gas Line, 325 LF of horizontal directional drill at Hacker Elementary School with 4″ PE casing and all appurtenances
Renovation of existing space includes the installation of chairs and tabletops and accessible seating area. Demo of a small existing restroom and relocation of existing plumbing connection. Construction of a new accessible restroom. Tiers will be created for seating area and aisle will remain sloped. New A/V and projector to be installed in space along with instructor podium and screen.
The work is located at Lexington, KY on the University of Kentucky campous along and parallel to Alumni Drive towards the arboretum between Nicholasville Rd and Tates Creek Rd. Major work items include: Earthwork for detention basins; Parking lot with underground detention basin; Furnishing and installation of 15-inch, 12-inch and 8-inch gravity sewer and accessories; Furnishing and installation of new sanitary and storm sewer manholes; Furnishing and installation of 48-inch, 36-inch, 30-inch, 24-inch and 12-inch storm sewers and accessories; Stream restoration; Landscaping; Demolition of 1 existing wastewater pumping station and 2 gas regulator stations; Removal of existing gravity sanitary sewers and manholes, all sizes; Removal of existing storm sewers and accessories, all sizes; and Removal of overhead electrical lines, poles, and accessories.
