The new roof installation will be a new two ply modified bitumen roof. New roof system shall include rigid board insulation above the roof deck. The project includes the renovation of the five existing bathrooms located on the 1st and 2nd floors of the residential building. The scope of work for this current construction project includes but is not limited to: selective demolition, removal and replacement of plumbing systems, replacement of existing light fixtures, concrete slab and metal deck replacement, doors and frames, hardware, interior finishes including tile work (walls, floors and base), drywall and painting, toilet compartments and accessories. The work effort will be executed in the fall/winter 2014/15. The building will be partially occupied during all phases of construction work. In addition there is a sixth existing restroom which will be bid as an alternate.
The project includes the renovation of the existing Dish Room located off the Kitchen
on the 1st floor of the facility. The scope of work for this current construction project
includes but is not limited to: selective demolition, removal and replacement of
plumbing systems, replacement of existing light fixtures, coiling shutter doors, interior
finishes drywall, FRP panels and painting, new ceiling tile and grid, and stainless steel
countertops, splashes, trims and surrounds-both new and reworking existing. The
work effort will be executed in the fall/winter 2014/15. The building will be partially
occupied during the construction work.

Fire Station #1 restroom renovation includes the demolition of the existing restroom with show and renovation construction for two restrooms with showers on the second floor of the historic fire station. The existing construction is brick veneer on clay tile substrate exterior and bearing walls, wood studs/plaster wall finish, plaster ceiling on wood framing. In general the new finishes will be gypsum board and ceramic tile. DWV piping will extend down to the existing sanitary connection in the basement through a new chase, working with and around the exiting structural system. The new restroom will have all new HVAC, plumbing, and electrical work. Existing utilities are to be extended to the new location for piping, electric, and HVAC.
Project consists of A two story pre-engineered metal building frame with face brick and metal wall panels over steel girts and batt insulation on the metal building frame. The roof consists of metal roof panels over metal purlins, batt insulation and metal liner panel. Interior walls are metal studs and gyp board, including around the elevator shaft.

Louisville Water Company is requesting Bids for the supply and installation of 850 Internal Joint Seals, the removal, supply and installation of seven (7) access manholes, and the removal and installation of seven (7) air valves along the interior of approximately 11,000 feet of 60-inch concrete transmission main. Also included with the project is the reremoval, suply and installation of one (1) 12-foot section of 60-inch main and the rehabilitation or installation of new gate valves, air valves, drains, etc. per the attached plans.

The primary scope of work includes the installation of approximately 124 feet of 4-inch PVC force main, 2,557 feet of 8-inch, lO-inch, and 12-inch PVC gravity sewer, 721 feet of 12-inch PVC force main, 22 sanitary sewer manholes, 772 feet of 6-inch and 8-inch ductile iron waterline, 4,600 feet of 12-inch and 16-inch ductile iron waterline, various size and lengths of steel casing pipe (open cut and bore and jack), various service reconnections, and related appurtenances.
The project includes providing all construction supervision, labor, materials, tools, test equipment necessary for Walhampton Stormwater Improvements Project.
The New Taylor County Primary Center project consists ofa 57,461 square feet new construction. The Facility will be two story with ICF Structural Wall System with Brick, Metal Panel Veneer. In general, Bid Package 5 includes the necessary work items required to furnish and install all building structural steel framework including but not necessarily limited to all structural steel shapes, bar joists, joist girders, steel composite floor deck, shear studs, steel roof deck, pan fill stairs, all miscellaneous steel floor edge and floor openings edge material, brick relief angles, all elevator related steel work and all steel embed-in-concrete items. Reinforced concrete floor slabs on metal composite decking and slabs-on-grade in basement and on the first floor including, but not necessarily limited to, vapor barrier, under slab drainage course, steel reinforcing, expansion joints and installation of all required embeds as per the construction documents, and acceptance of existing subgrade condition.
Louisville Water Company is requesting Bids for the furnishing and installation of 430 +/- linear feet of eight (8)-inch PVC DR 18 water main and 1,650+/- linear feet eight (8)-inch Ductile Iron Pressure Class 350 restrained and non-restrained joint water main.
