Furnishing of all labor, materials, supplies, tools, appliances, equipment, services, etc., necessary for the construction of Project, Pleasant View House Renovation – Phase II project, Richmond, KY.
The work consists of selective demolition as shown on the drawings and the complete renovation/fit out of a portion of the one-story warehouse bulding located at 1020 Export Street in Lexington, KY. The portion of the building contains approximately 7,200 square feet. Work includes new utility connections, exterior wall openings, site openings, interior walls, doors, ceilings, finishes, light fixtures, electrical, plumbing, mechanical and ductwork. The space will include a fitness area for exercise equipment, machines/weights, toilets/showers/locker rooms and offices. There are two separately listed Additive Alternates.

Louisville Water Company is requesting Bids for Project# 14128 / Furnish and install one (1) complete 1.0 MG Elevated “Composite” AWWA D107 Storage Tank including EPSC, grading, site work, 20” water main, piping, drainage, utilities, electrical, lighting and controls work, fencing, paving, restoration and landscaping as noted on contract documents.
Louisville Water Company is requesting Bids for the furnish and installation of one (1) underground packaged master meter vault. This includes concrete pad, sump pump, pipe connections, electrical and telemetry connections, start up and calibration of station. It also includes capping and demolition of existing mains, existing master meter station, and chlorination station, including installation of bollards, guardrail, and restoration of the site.
The project scope includes construction of approximately 1,200 linear feet of storm sewer, 40 linear feet of 6×3 RCBC, 2,700 linear feet of curb and gutter, 10 storm sewer inlets, storm sewer outlets, asphalt milling, pavement patching, asphalt surfacing, ditching and headwall placement.
Construction of approximately 1612 linear feet of 12″ gravity sewer main and 50 linear feet of 8″ sewer main within the City of Bardstown and as defined in the Project Plans and Specifications.
Construction includes but is not limited to a sewage lift station , approximately 2,500 linear feet of 15″ PVC gravity sewer, approximately 2,500 linear feet of 14″ PVC force main and associated appurtenances
