A. This project includes the providing and installing of a complete BACnet DDC Energy Management System. The system shall utilize intelligent distributed control modules, which communicate over an EIA-485 BACnet controller network The system shall provide the Direct Digital Control (DDC), Energy Management and Building Automation System for the air conditioning, heating and ventilating systems and shall interface with other microprocessor based building subsystems.
B . New DDC system shall replace the existing temperature control system within the building. All existing conduit, wiring, relays and current transducers will be reused to the extent possible
C . Existing HVAC system consists of a water source heat pump system with gas fired boilers, cooling tower and independent make-up air unit.
This project will undertake recommended maintenance and repairs for eight campus parking structures during the summer 2015. These repairs are intended to maintain and extend the useful life of the parking structures. Work will include concrete repairs, masonry repairs, replacement of door hardware, repair and replacement of handrails, installation of traffic membrane, repair and replacement of expansion joints, storm drain plumbing repair and replacement and painting of various elements as required.
This projects entails a new, stand-alone office building. The building structure will consist of cast-in-place concrete foundations, a concrete slab-on-grade, structural steel frame, and tongue and groove wood roof decking. All exterior and interior walls will be light gauge metal stud framing. The building façade will consist of a masonry veneer and fiber cement architectural rain screen wall panels.
