The Scope of Work includes the following:
Bid Package A – Replacement of Boilers & Gas Meters
Bid Package B – Exterior Security Camera System Site wide
Bid Package C – Chain-Link Fencing & Site Drainage Improvements
Provide all labor, tools, equipment and materials to construct trail, bridge abutments and placement of bridge. Bridge is currently located onsite and will be provided for use at Wellington Park, 565 Wellington Way, Lexington, KY 40503
This contract consists of approximately 240 LF of 1 O” waterline, 4,530 LF of 8″ waterline, 2,800 LF of 6″ waterline, 1,790 LF of 4″ waterline and 4,905 LF of 3″ waterline, 4,350 LF of 1″ and 2″ service tubing, 2,000 LF of bored and open cut encasement, 23 ea. gate valves, 12 ea. blow off assemblies, 37 meter settings or re-connections, and all necessary fittings and appurtenances. This is a relocation of existing facilities. No rock trenching will be allowed on this project.

VAV HVAC Renovation – Phase I

The work involves demolition and replacement of the air terminal units/reheat coils for all four floors of the building. The scope can be described as follows:
1) Installation of flushing tees and isolation valves for each floor.
2) Initial flushing of the existing reheat loop and final flushing of the reheat loop with new work.
3) For each space, a general description of the work involved is as follows (but not limited to):
a. Preparation of spaces for demolition and installation (protecting finishes and furniture within the space)
b. Demolish of ceiling system to accommodate new work and temporary “hanging” of devices installed within the ceiling system.
c. Demolition of air terminal unit, associated ductwork, associated electrical work, and associated controls.
d. Installation of new air terminal unit and its associated components with new controls.
e. Restoration/replacement of ceiling system
f. Clean up of space and return back to the owner.
4) Spaces will be provided as broken down on sheets G-1 through G-4. Work within the spaces is to be completed within a 10 business day duration.

1. The existing pole mounted light fixtures shall be salvaged to the Owner and replaced with new LED fixtures. The existing wiring is 480 volts and shall be rewired to meet NEC for 277 volts including neutral wiring and single pole circuit breakers in the existing panel board. The existing time clock system shall be reused.
2. The existing floodlights aimed at the Old State Capitol shall be removed. New pole mounted floodlights shall be installed and wired as 277 volts, including neutral wiring and single pole breakers. New 0-10 volt dimming and control system shall be provided for the floodlights.
3. The existing floodlight aimed at the pool fountain shall be removed and replaced. New ground mounted floodlights shall be installed and wired as 277 volts, including neutral wiring and single pole breakers. New 0-10 volt dimming and control system shall be provided for the pool fountain floodlights.
4. New ground mounted floodlight for the Statue in the front lawn shall be installed and wired as 277 volts, including neutral wiring and single pole breakers. New conduit and wiring, including electrical pull box is to be provided. New 0-10 volt dimming and control system shall be provided for the Statue floodlight.
5. As an additive alternate, there will be six new LED dimmable cylinder downlight light fixtures including wiring, conduit, controls, etc. installed behind the Old State Capitol Columns along the front building façade.
