The Project is to remove and dispose of the existing 2001 Tremco roof insulation and membrane from the top elevation (Area 1 & 2) of the Central Heating Plant #2 located at 598 South Upper Street in Lexington, KY. The project will include the preparation of the concrete slab to facilitate the proper installation of the new roof membrane. The new membrane will be a one-ply Hyload 150E membrane mopped to the slab using Tremco THERMastic SEB modified bitumen. Tremco THERMastic SEBS will be required adhesive for the project.

The new elevator will be a jackholeless hydraulic elevator 100 fpm 2100 lbs. capacity. New finishes associated with the installation of new walls will be part of this project.
