The scope of this project includes the removal of asphalt curb and construction of approximately 1600 linear feet of a new concrete header curb. Construction of a 5 foot wide concrete step will also be constructed with this project. The asphalt will be saw-cut and disposed of in an appropriate manner. The concrete header curb will be constructed as described in the design plans and details. There will also be ten 18″ gaps in the perimeter of the curb to allow for storm water runoff. One 6’ gap and two 10’ gaps to allow landscaping equipment to easily access the lawn area are also included in this project.
The Rough River Marina Relocation Project includes but is not limited to the relocation of the existing dock system and associated infrastructure from its current location to the site shown on the Drawings below the State Park Resort Lodge. The project includes disassembly of the existing docking systems and reassembly in the revised configuration along with approximately 384 feet of new walkway. It also includes the construction of a new sanitary sewer system, water line, electrical distribution, above-ground fuel tank, pedestrian walkway, and rehabilitation of the existing gravity sanitary sewer system located at 450 Lodge Rd., Falls of Rough, KY 40119.

The Dual-Agency Office building project at the Kentucky Ridge State Forest consists of a new single-story building that is approximately thirty (34) feet wide by sixty (62.5) feet long. The building is divided into a conditioned office / meeting area with an accessible restroom, and a separate supporting shop area accessed by 2 walk doors and an overhead door. Included in the scope of work is a Conventional wood-framed building structure engineered to withstand local design loads and site conditions by a registered professional engineer. See specifications for complete description.
Greenbo Lodge is located at Greenbo Lake State Resort Park, 965 Lodge Road in Greenup, Kentucky. It is a Kentucky State Park. The lodge includes 36 guest rooms, meeting rooms and dining facilities. Work of this project includes complete removal and replacement of existing built-up roofing systems located over the kitchen. The surface area of the roof is approximately 2,750 square feet. The new roof work includes tapered polyisocyanurate insulation achieving a minimum R-25 thermal performance rating with a 2-ply modified bitumen and vapor retarder weatherproofing system.

The project includes providing all construction supervision, labor, materials, tools, test equipment necessary for the construction of a Flow Diversion Structure with Screen, Wet Weather Pumping Station, 11 million gallon Wet Weather Storage Tank, Modulating Flow Return Structure, electrical building and emergency generator with sound annunciated enclosure. The project also includes sewer line construction to be routed to the existing Lower Cane Run Pumping Station influent junction box. The four sewer lines include a new 24″ force main under Interstate 75, relocation of a segment of the 12″ Horse Farm force main, relocation of a segment of the 15″ North Gravity line and a new 36″ gravity line from a new junction box to the existing junction box.

This project consists of approximately 1,840 LF of 4″ PVC waterline, 5 tie-in connections and all necessary appurtenances. This is a relocation of existing facilities.
Project involves providing new redundant dedicated HVAC systems for KET Digital Servers in an IT server room in the Capitol Annex. The building is located in Frankfort, Kentucky. Project base bid scope includes removal of duct work, installing new ductwork and diffusers, rework and re-balance of existing VAV boxes, relocating temperature sensors, providing two new ductless split systems including wall mounted indoor units, outdoor heat pumps, condensate and refrigerant piping. The completed server room HVAC systems to be controlled and monitored via interface to the building’s existing automation system.

Fire Hydrants, 710 LF of pavement replacement, and all necessary water line fittings and appurtenances. This is a replacement and upgrading of existing facilities.
Louisville Water Company is requesting Bids for the referenced project which consists of furnishing all labor, material, equipment and incidentals required for the removal of the old main, supply and installation of twenty-five (25) pipe sections of 24-inch PCCP transmission main along Preston Highway utilizing lay-in-place method as approximately shown on the drawings as specified herein. The project involves re-roof work at the Kentucky State Police Post 10 building in Harlan, KY. The existing approximately 4,900 square foot roof to be removed is an EPDM single ply system on top of another roof system on metal deck. The new roof system is a SBS Modified Asphalt Two Ply system that is cold adhered over a 3 1/2″ rigid board insulation with fully taper system. The existing stone coping will be covered with new sheet metal coping. A roof access ladder is to be installed as part of this project and is listed as Alternate #1. Roof Access Ladder. This is the only alternate item.
The project consists of removal of an existing low pressure electric steam boiler and soft water make-up system, and replacement with a new low pressure electric steam boiler and soft water make-up system used for humidification. The successful contractor will be responsible for the entire replacement including purchase cost, receiving, unloading, installing in their permanent location, and all manufacturer warranties.
