This project includes the replacement of resilient sheet flooring and integral base in two wings of the building on first floor. Work must be sequenced such that only several rooms will be replaced and completed, before proceeding with the next several rooms. Protection of the finished floor must be included until fully cured per manufactures recommendations. Dust control is required. Bedrooms and corridors to receive linoleum sheet flooring. Bathrooms to receive slip resistant vinyl sheet flooring. There is approximately 9900 sf. of new flooring being replaced, plus an additional 750 sf. being requested as an Add Alternate.

The Project consists in general of the following- Creation of dedicated locations for IT system racks and associated equipment in the Main Building in support of the Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system; extension of fiber optic circuit to each of the IT rack locations; installation of electric circuits and devices at the IT rack locations; installation of IT circuits from IT rack locations to serve wireless access points located through the building; installation of ductless split HVAC systems to serve dedicated IT rooms.
