Description and location of Project: This Contract is for the installation of approximately 15,857 LF of 10-inch to 8-inch sanitary sewer line, 87 sanitary sewer manholes, and 23,900 LF of property service connections, and all other appurtenances, located between Popular Level Road the north, Illinois Ave to the south, Illinois (at Popular) to the west, and Lincoln to the east, in central Jefferson County.
PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
This project includes the redevelopment of the Family Aquatics Center pool to a lap pool, slide pool and new splash pads as well as a new shelter, deck areas, lighting, utilities, landscaping, other park amenities, and all other items necessary for construction of a complete project.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
The project is approximately bordered by East Main Street to the north, Versailles Road to the east, Dewey Court to the south and Missouri Avenue to the west. The work to be bid is described as follows:
Field locate 2 manholes, raise 2 manholes, lining of 166 linear feet of 6-inch sewer, lining of 10,157 linear feet of 8-inch sewer, lining of 1,216 linear feet of 10-inch sewer, one point repair to 6-inch sewer, 46 point repairs to 8-inch sewer, three point repairs to 10-inch sewer, root removal, replacement of 200 property service connections with saddle connections and cleanouts, replacement of 62 property service connections with tees and cleanouts, including all labor, materials, excavation, and appurtenances. Adequately qualified and experienced contractors are invited to submit bids for the project.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
The project scope includes replacement of an existing shingle roof assembly on approximately 60,000 square feet of roof surface, with a standing seam metal roof. It will also include replacing some edge metals, parapet caps and flashing. A bid alternate includes a premanufactured metal canopy on the north side of the school.
This project will address maintenance issues associated with a previously completed AML project located at N 37° 36’ 13.40”, W 83° 13’ 8.20” in Breathitt County. The project shall consist of repairing damaged ditches, repairing a damaged section of gas line, replacing clogged culverts, correct a slide, stabilizing a newly formed slide, installing culverts along existing access roads, and removing large boulders from the original slide area. Dennis Love Project: To arrive at this site in Pike county, travel north on US23 from Pikeville toward Blair Town. Turn right onto Ratliff Road. From Ratliff Road turn right onto Love Road. N37° 32’ 12.50” W82° 34’ 43.50” The complaint filed by Mr. Love involves damage caused by constant erosion and water flow from the hillside down upon his carport area next to his house. Mr. Love’s fear is that the erosion may eventually cause structural damage to his home. The carport is built right up against the hillside. The carport will have to be removed to allow construction of a reinforced concrete wall, 104 feet in length and 13’ high. A drain pipe 150 feet in length will be constructed to carry water from the concrete wall subdrain down to a culvert under the driveway. There are three portals to be closed, two with wildlife closure and one with foam closure. The carport and driveway are to be replaced after construction of the wall. There are no permit requirements expected for this project and only one pine tree in Mr. Love’s hillside area may need to be removed to allow wall construction. The waste area for this project is located off US 23 approximately 2.25 miles south of the project site. N37° 30’ 42.4” W82° 33’ 16.5” Tree removal, which only applies to trees greater than 3 inches in diameter (live or dead); on this site can only be done between October 15 to March 31, unless the trees are in an unstable work area. In which case they are not subject to those limitations. In some cases the start date will be November 15 instead of October 15. This project is to be bid, but construction will begin as weather begins to improve in March/April. For continued description, see Special Conditions.
The Terry Howell AML Reclamation Project consists of seventeen portal closures and associated drainage controls at three (3) sites near McDowell in Floyd County, Kentucky. At the Terry Howell site (Lat 37º 25´ 59? N/Long 82º 43´ 5? W), thirteen portals will be closed using standard AML wildlife enclosures and drainage controls will be installed. For access, a temporary low water crossing will be installed, and then removed when the project is complete. The Linda Salisbury site (Lat 37º 25´ 35? N/Long 82º 43? 43? W) consists of three portal closures using wildlife or standard enclosures, along with the installation of drainage controls. The Mike Dudleson site (Lat 37º 29? 1? N/Long 82º 45? 50? W) consists of one portal closure using wildlife enclosure plus the installation of drainage controls. Silt control measures at each site will be installed and remain in effect until construction is completed at each site. Drainage controls for these sites will consist of concrete tied mat ditches, ECB ditches, etc. Bituminous repair, including roadway stone, has been factored into the contract. Traffic control will be maintained throughout the project. Revegetation of the sites, including agricultural limestone, fertilizer, mulch and seed will be done according to standard AML design specifications. PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
The intent of this project is to remove the existing asphalt shingle roof on the Breckinridge Hall, repair the deck and roof structure as needed, and install a new copper roof-system. As an option to the copper roof-system specified, two alternates for slate roofing are being requested as part of the biding process. Cutter repairs are required as part of the project. Included is an alternate for a complete gutter relining. The project includes the renovation of the exteriors of the dormers including new historic-design aluminum windows.
The Project consists of the replacement of basement and first floor wood windows, repair of stone lintels, and related work. Work must conform to the highest level of craftsmanship and to the Secretary of the Interior’s Standards for Preservation.

This package involves the installation work for the Phase 1 F Green Roof Phase 2. The work will be performed under contract with the Construction Manger, Turner Construction Company.
This project involves the furnishing and installation of a complete and fully operational Video Surveillance Security System, consisting of Server based PoE IP cameras, software and other items as required, for the Kentucky State Capitol Campus located at 700 Capital Ave in Frankfort, Kentucky. Project also includes the renovation/addition of a new Security Observation Suite located in the Capitol Annex basement with a new dedicated HVAC system.
Project consists of a phased HVAC system replacement of an approximately 139,000 SF four story building plus basement. New HVAC equipment includes air handlers, controls, VAV boxes, piping, boilers, pumps, ductwork, insulation, etc. to make a full functional system. Only the chiller and water tower will be reused in the new systems. Building will be occupied during the entire course of construction. System also includes converting electrical baseboard heat to hot water baseboard and radiant panel heating in 60% of the building. In addition to HVAC replacement, many ceilings will be installed and replaced throughout with new lighting. All areas of construction will be provided with new cable tray and IT data communications wir-ing throughout including backbone fiber. Existing indoor generator will be replaced with larger exterior mounted natural gas, generator that will power both emergency and supplement emergency systems. Project includes new fire suppression wet sprinkler system for basement, and floors one through three using existing sprinkler main that serves fourth floor.
