Furnish all labor, materials, services, insurance, appliances, permits, patents, decontamination facilities, and equipment in accordance with the most stringent requirements of EPA, OSHA, these specifications, and/or all other applicable regulatory agencies to complete asbestos abatement and hazardous materials removal and disposal within certain areas effected by the scope of mechanical renovations at the facilities on the campus of Kentucky State University at 400 East Main Street Frankfort, Kentucky prior to renovation/modernization activities.

The project will include the construction of the new Health Innovation Center (HIC) building and renovation of the existing Founders Hall Building. The HIC building will consist of a new 95,000 sf four-story steel frame building with the option to shell a 5th floor of approximately 12,000 sf. The Founders Hall renovation is a 106,000 sf complete interior gut and renovation of the existing 5 story concrete-structured building.
