PROJECT DESCRIPTION
This project is for the Interior Repurposing of suite 205 in Frazee Hall (more than a century old facility on the campus completed in 1907). As part of this contract, we will be relocating existing casework from the basement level to various office spaces on the second floor. Demolition of existing office suite finishes (with an option for a maximum sized – 20 CYD dumpster at the current bicycle parking spaces on Administration Drive). Work is to include new soundproof walls, new ceiling and lights, revised HVAC, new Paint and carpet, new window blinds and updated electrical and data. A new ceiling mounted HVAC unit will be priced for installation in room 312 (refrigerant lines and condensate line will run above ceiling to the northern part of the building and down to the condensing unit located at grade level near an existing condensing unit).
