PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Project consists of demolition of existing drinking fountains, new
sanitary piping, trenching, partial demolition, new floor finish and new CMU and
drinking fountains.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
Proposed construction activities include the removal of existing natural turf athletic fields and
installation of an artificial turf system with site grading, field and perimeter turf irrigation
systems modifications, underdrain installation, electric, and security camera installation. This
project is located between Cooper Drive and Hagan Baseball Stadium with site access from
Sports Center Drive. The total area disturbed by the proposed construction activities is
approximately 4.1 acres
PROJECT DESCRIPTION: At the McLean County Schools Central Office in Calhoun KY: Remove existing gravel
paving, earth and other materials, and install new base material, paving and other work
as indicated in the Contract Documents. Bid Package 01 work includes concrete paving:
Bid Package 02 work includes bituminous asphalt paving. Work in the KY 136 right-of-way will be performed by the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet.
Description and location of Project: This unit based construction order if for a boulder toe wall installation along the open channel behind High Grove Place located in Metro Council District 18.
The Work to be performed under this Contract consists of providing all labor, equipment, materials, supplies, tools, and supervision necessary to complete the construction of a water line replacement at General Butler State Resort Park, in Carroll County, Kentucky. The water line replacement includes a 12″ casing pipe to be installed by Boring & Jacking (crossing KY 227), 6″ PVC water line, 2″ and 1-1/2″ HDPE water service lines, the reconnection of existing water services, including all associated excavation, pavement replacement, restoration, and all other appurtenances as shown on the contract documents.

The Division of Abandoned Mine Lands wishes to receive bids to perform reclamation work on approximately 21 acres of mine land in Clay County, Kentucky. The work will consist of earthwork, gradework, and revegetation of 3 bond forfeiture permit(s).
The Electrical System feeding the Underground Caves including the Main Cave Parking Area, North Cave, and the Waterfall Cave will be upgraded per NFPA72 at the Carter Caves State Resort Park, Olive Hill, Kentucky. The work will include all labor, equipment, materials, poles, panels, conduits, conductors, supplies and components, including LED lighting, power supplies, and drivers to perform all operations including cutting, channeling, chasing, trenching and backfilling necessary for installation of complete electrical system. The majority of work will be performed in natural cave conditions and within a protected nature preserve. The drawings are schematic and show approximate locations of light fixtures, panels and equipment. The exact locations will be field coordinated and verified with the Engineer before installing permanent fixtures.

Description and location of Project: Replacement of two (2) RAS pumps with larger pumps and four (4) variable frequency drives (VFD’s) including all demolition and preparation for the new pumps and VFD’s.
The Work in this Project shall include all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and services required to construct and install the complete and operational systems described herein and on the Drawings. The Project includes partial demolition and reuse of the railing system on the wooden portion of the structure, along with removal and replacement of wood framing elements as indicated in the design documents. The project also includes the removal and relocation of the existing ground floor access door. Additions to the new steel framed tower includes the construction of three (3) cantilevered platforms which will accommodate a total of eight (8) rappelling lanes including their associated attachment bollards. The addition of these platforms will necessitate the addition of structural bracing to be installed on the existing structure as indicated. The wooden portion of the tower will have a new anchorage system for the reinstalled railing and rappelling station attachment bollards. The Work will include supplying, installing, and testing to ensure proper operation of all systems.

Louisville Metro Government is currently accepting bids for Roadway Improvement along Broad Run Road per the attached specifications. This project consists of a unit bid for construction of a
culvert, retaining wall, and roadway along Broad Run Road and for a relocation of a watermain
for the construction of the subject project. The project limits are shown on the included plans.
This work is intended to remove and replace the existing structure on Broad Run Road, between Seatonville Road and Floyds Fork, over an unnamed tributary of Floyds Fork.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Construction of 3200 LF of 6″ PVC Water Main Wet Tap Connections, 150 LF of Freebore, 80 LF of 10″ Road Bore, 320 LF of 2″ Road Bore, Reconnect 24 Meters with 1″ Service Line, 7 Gate Valves, 2 Fire Hydrants and other necessary items.
Project includes mechanical systems upgrades to Scoggan and McDaniel Buildings at the Kentucky School for the Blind. Select existing unit ventilators and fan coil units (total of 74) will be replaced. Air handling units in the Third Floor Library of McDaniel and in two location in Scoggan will be replaced with new units. Existing fin tube radiant heaters will be replaced to allow for system to function. A new packaged air cooled chiller will replace the existing split air cooled chillers. New building hydronic pumps will be installed. New Fan Coil units will be installed at the corridors in the Scoggan building and in the third level of the connector to provide cooling to the spaces. Piping will be replaced in select areas and new electrical connections provided for new equipment. Cooling is being added to the bridge between the two buildings and to the corridors in Scoggan Hall.
Outdated doors are being replaced Scoggan Hall.

The Scoggan Classroom Building was originally constructed in 1963 and is a 40,669- square-foot facility. The McDaniel Classroom Building was originally constructed in 1985 and is a 23,774- square-foot facility.
This project includes the fit-up of space within the recently renovated Kitchens Building as classrooms and Studio space in support of the Printmaking program. Work includes, but is not limited to, casework, sinks, exhaust hoods, gypsum board hanging and finishing and associated plumbing, electrical and mechanical.
