The site is located along Bowen Lane along Rockcastle Creek. It is located off of Kentucky Highway 3 in Inez, Martin County, KY at coordinates N 37° 55’ 0.60”, W 82° 32’ 55.45”. At this point the drainage will be conveyed across the bottom land via a Concrete Block Tied Mat Ditch where it will enter into Rockcastle Creek. Waste material excavated from the project will be back-stowed above the wall to the extent practical, with additional waste being placed in a waste area along a highwall that was previously used by a Kentucky AML High Priority Project off of Johnson Bottom Road to the north (N 37° 55’ 28.44”, W 82° 33’ 3.09”).
