The work is limited to removal and replacement of approximately 165 squares of various types of roofing systems at Cumberland Falls Lodge as well as repairs to exterior envelope construction assemblies and exterior painting. The scope of work includes removal of existing shingle and low-slope roofing systems in all areas except for two small areas recently replaced. New copper and metal flashings, and limited replacement of existing gutter and downspouts are included as well as limited repair/replacement of wood soffits, trim and fascia Restoration cleaning and masonry cutting and pointing are included. Exterior painting and installation of an OSHA compliant engineered fall protection system is included within the scope of the project. Alternate pricing includes additional gutter and downspouts, infill of existing ventilation louvers and added roof ventilation.

The primary scope of work includes the installation of approximately 1,193 LF of 12-inch gravity
sewer, approximately 316 LF of 8-inch gravity sewer, approximately 1,535 LF of 8-inch force
main, approximately 695 LF of 2-inch HDPE waterline, one triplex pump station and valve vault,
a control building including gravel drive, and related appurtenances.
This project consist of the construction of a 15,770 GSF building to house training space, classrooms and offices. The high-bay training space will be constructed utilizing a pre-engineered metail building structure while the support spaces of classrooms, offices and utilities will be constructed utilizing cold-formed metal framing with light gage metal roof trusses. The roof will be metal roof while the exterior walls will be a combination of metal wall panels and masonry veneer. Interior wall construction will be primarily metal stud with gypsum board. Interior finishes include sealed concrete, paint and acoustical ceiling tile. Plumbing includes exterior and interior domestic water mains, interior sanitary and vent piping, exterior sanitary sewers, plumbing fixtures and domestic water heaters. Fire Protections includes exterior meter and pit, exterior water main, fire hydrants, interior piping, valves, alarm devices and heads for 100% of building. Electrical work includes new electrical distribution system, panelboards, wiring devices, light fixtures and lamps, fire alarm system, TV and telephone services, motor and electrical equipment connections, exterior lighting, SPD service equipment protection, and emergency power systems. HVAC includes installation of packaged grade mounted gas fired/dx cooling unit, with supply and return ductwork routed into building to VAV boxes with electric heat on building automation system for control off the offices/classrooms. The high bay space is heated and ventilated with infrared gas fired heaters, large volume fans, intakes and exhaust fans.

Silt control measures at each site shall be installed and remain in effect until construction is completed at that site. This project includes 12 portal closures, drainage controls including ditches and subdrains, culverts and headwalls, excavation to rock for a slide, and a waste area. Bituminous repair, including roadway stone, has been factored into the contract. Revegetation of the site, including agricultural limestone, fertilizer, mulch and seed will be done according to standard AML design specifications.
The Work consists of removing and disposing the existing life safety intercom system at the Kentucky Correctional Psychiatric Center and replacing with a new life safety intercom system. During construction KCPC shall have a fully operational life safety intercom system at all times. Construction sequencing is required as indicated on the construction documents. All devices, wiring, cabling, conductors, power supplies, equipment racks, LAN shall be new. Owner will supply some speakers and horn devices as indicated. Existing raceways may be reused.
This renovation project is for the Fleming Armory Storage building located at Boone National Guard Center in Frankfort, KY. This project involves mitigation of approximately 11,427 linear feet of Ross Creek and 7,007 linear feet of tributary streams with ephemeral, intermittent, and perennial flow regimes. To meet the goal of the project the following scope of work will be required: reshaping of existing channels; re-establishment of new stable channels; construction of in-stream structures; grading on the floodplain; installation of stream bed material, installation of erosion prevention and sediment control measures; installing fence and gates; planting; seeding; mulching; and harvesting, transporting, installing, and maintaining live stakes and vegetative materials. Restoration will include in-stream structures such as constructed riffles, cross vanes, toe wood, log and rock steps, as well as vegetation of the stream banks and establishment of a riparian corridor along the streams. The proposed work consists of restoration and rehabilitation, using Natural Channel Design techniques.
