PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Replacement of the water mains along Patrol Road from approximately
1,160 feet north of Trey Street to approximately 1,620 feet south of Trey Street, as well as along
Trey Street from Patrol Road to approximately 500 feet east of Patrol Road. Work shall also include all supervision, equipment, traffic control, granular backfill, pavement restoration, flushing,
disinfecting, testing, and all appurtenances necessary to complete the work as shown on the Drawings and in the Specifications. All work must be ready for satisfactory and continuous operation
in accordance with the Drawings and Specifications.
Description and location of Project: This unit based construction order is for the installation of a pipe and drain system in front of 10829 & 10831 Hobbs Station Road in Metro Council District 18.
Sealed Bids addressed to the Louisville and Jefferson County Metropolitan Sewer District, 700 West Liberty St., Louisville, Kentucky 40203 for the construction of Clay Ave. Pipe Replacement Project, Contract No. 2019-005 , Budget ID No. C19189, will be received at the office of MSD until 10:00 am, Local Time, August 14, 2018, and will be publicly opened and read at that place and time.
Description and location of Project: This unit based construction order is for the pipe replacement along Clay Ave. in Metro Council District 13.
All work shall be done in accordance to MSD’s Standard Specifications.

The Engineer’s Construction Cost Estimate for this project is between $50,000.00 to $110,000.00.

Description and location of Project: This unit based construction order is for the drainage improvements along Pomeroy Drive that includes 10-inch pipe, 18″ x 18″ catch basin installations, and new driveway aprons in Metro Council District 26.
The project consists of roof replacement of Low Sloped and Steep Sloped Roofs and clerestory repairs.
1) Low Slope: Remove existing roof membrane system down to existing roof deck. Install 2-Ply SBS Modified Bituminous Membrane Roofing system over ridged layer insulation, tapered insulation where indicated and cover board insulation. Provide crickets where indicated.
2) Steep Slope: Remove existing shingles and underlayment down to roof deck. Remove all existing nails from roof deck. Install, self-adhering underlayment over entire roof area, and new shingles as per manufacturer’s recommendations.
3) All Roofs: Provide new metal components; e.g. metal counter flashings, roof drain leads, plumbing vent flashings, edge metal, headwall flashings, etc.
4) Clerestory Repairs: Remove existing glass block glazing and install new stud wall and metal wall panels.

Louisville Water Company is requesting Bids for the furnishing of equipment, tools, material and labor to perform repair work and capital improvement work on LWC’s transmission system on an as-needed basis. External Post-Tensioning Tendons (EPT) repairs and/or improvement work shall include, but not be limited to, repairs or improvements to large diameter prestressed concrete pipe (24-inch to 60-inch).
Louisville Water Company is requesting Bids for the furnishing of equipment, tools, material, and labor to perform repair work and capital improvement work on LWC’s transmission system on an as-needed basis. Internal Carbon Fiber-Reinforced Polymer (CFRP)
repairs and/or improvement work shall include, but not be limited to, repairs or improvements to large diameter cast iron, ductile iron, steel, and/or prestressed concrete pipe (30-inch to 78-inch).

The project is the construction of a new 2,381 s.f. Storage Building for and behind the newly built C-1 Garage at 1231 Wilkinson Boulevard in Frankfort for the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet (KYTC). The Storage Building’s primary component is to provide additional storage space for materials and equipment for both the Repair and Receiving uses of the new C-1 Garage. The primary structure will consist of a Pre-Engineered Metal Building (PEMB), 31’-4” x 76′ in size. Within this footprint we be one large open and flexible space that will be equipped with shelving and other storage devices by the user agency. The repair garage floor will consist of three equal bays, with each the East and West bays having a single large garage door. MEP improvements include upgrades to existing electrical systems throughout the Technology Wing (Area B), adding a sink base with new sink in the Nursing Classroom A202 and upgrades to existing exterior campus signage lighting. Pressure regulators w/dirt leg will be added to all existing compressed air drops. An eye wash station will be added to the welding lab. A hose bib will be added to the PCR room. Electrical transformers and panels will be added to serve new loads in the welding lab as well as through the Technology Wing. A cam-lock fitting will be added to the exterior fire protection drain down outlet. A 30’ hose will be provided to divert the water away from the building.
