This project consists of
approximately 2,700 linear feet of 8″ water main, 100 linear feet of 6″
water main, services, and related accessories. Water Line Materials will
be supplied by the owner. Contractor shall be responsible for all final dressing, seeding, fertilizing, mulching, etc. of the disturbed area.
Contractor shall be responsible for repair of all disturbed and/or damaged areas of concrete or asphalt paving, or gravel areas such as streets, sidewalks, and driveways, and provision of materials for those repairs.
Description and location of Project: This unit base construction order is for the 12-inch pipe and drain installation along Woodbourne Ave. in Metro Council 8.

Pre Bid meeting to be held at the DRGWQTC Administration Building located at 11601 Lower River Road Louisville, KY 40272 on Tuesday March 5, 2019 at 10:00 AM Local Time. Site visit immediately following. All visitors will be required to furnish their own PPE to visit the site.
The Engineer’s Construction Cost Estimate for this project is between $20,000 to $250,000.

Scott County – Coppage Road Culvert Replacement Project
The purpose of this project is to replace the existing pipe culverts with a reinforced concrete box
culvert on Coppage Road 46 feet South Josephine Road in Scott County, Kentucky.
This project includes a new Field House for high school softball and soccer
training, renovations to the Concessions Building, and renovations or replacement of the Press Box
Building. The Field House is a pre-engineered metal building structure with masonry wainscoting and
includes a large multipurpose indoor training area, locker room, office and support spaces. Base bid
area of the Field House is 5,200 sf. The alternate area for an expanded Field House is 8,400 sf.
Renovations to the Concessions building include upgraded MEP items, new doors and hardware as
well as new finishes. Renovations to the Press Box include new finishes, new doors and hardware; or
total removal and replacement with a prefabricated unit if the alternate is accepted.
Project encompasses the complete interior renovation of 41,329 SF of an existing hotel to
convert it to new conference and office spaces for University of Kentucky Healthcare in
Lexington, KY.
Project consists of construction of a new site entry, and concrete
pad outside of new overhead doors. Interior work to include removal of existing
masonry walls for new overhead door installation, removal of existing 6” concrete floor
and installation of new concrete floor with floor drains.
Original documents have been revised for value engineering to reduce scope.
The project consists of complete tear-off of existing 4-ply smooth surface built-up roof and installation of new SBS Bituminous Membrane Roof System including insulation. A portion of the existing roof is gravel surface – refer to drawings.
