This project consists of the renovation of the existing approximate 2,400 GSF Welding Laboratory and the addition of a Pre-Engineered Metal Building. The existing space will be converted into classrooms, offices, a simulation lab and other support space. The addition will include two large bay labs to housing Welding Diesel Technology as well as support spaces of storage, restrooms, grinding lab and mechanical/electrical. Minimal exterior work to the existing building is included but the interior will include gypsum board/metal stud partition walls, flooring and lay-in ceilings. The addition will include CMU interior partition walls, concrete flooring, and large overhead doors. The exterior will include metal roof and wall panels by PEMB manufacturer.

This Project encompasses the renovation of ~2,916 sf of the Pharmacy on the First Floor of the Kentucky Clinic at the University of Kentucky in Lexington, Kentucky.
Furnish all labor, materials and equipment needed to replace the Cooling Towers and Heat exchanger as described in the Scope of Work at the Green River Correctional Complex located at 1200 River Rd, Central City, KY 42330. These are like-kind replacements and considered “ordinary repairs” by the Kentucky Building Code. Remove and replace two cooling towers located at the K-building. Remove and replace the heat exchanger located in the K-Building.
The primary purpose of this project is to install electrical and plumbing services for the utility build back after the Cardinal Stadium has been demolished. It will consist of underground plumbing to ground outlets. Electrically, there will be underground conduits running to multiple ground ports to feed power, sound and video. The feed will consist of 300KVA 4160V/208V transformer and 1200A/120/208V/3P/4W distribution panel. This service will originate out of the North end of Freedom Hall.
There is also a 5KV primary transformer that feeds the barns being moved from the parking lot to area near the barns.
