The Owner will provide a Geotechnical Testing Agency to review material; however, the majority of the lot will be turf and it is anticipated that all material in the borrow site will be useable for this purpose.
The project scope includes site clearing and minor demolition, erosion control, storm drainage work, earthwork, asphalt paving, concrete paving, sod and hydroseeding.
