The project is the KSP Post 13 Roof Replacement, Hazard, 100 Justice Drive, Hazard, Kentucky, Perry County. Project consist of two existing roofing types: Modified Bitumen (Roof A) & Fiberglass Asphalt Shingle (Roofs B – E). Roof A to receive cover-over type Modified Bitumen System consisting of mechanically attached cover board over existing roofing to remain in place w/ new fully adhered 2-ply Modified Bitumen roofing system. Roofs B – E shall receive new fiberglass asphalt shingles on ice & water shield due to 3:12 roof slope. All existing shingle roofing shall be removed. All existing gutters shall remain in place and receive membrane sealant at every seam (approx. 8’-0″ O.C.). Project includes the following square footages:Total of 15,268 GSF of new roofing. Approx. 1,339 SF of new modified bitumen roofing (Cover-over). Approx. 13,929 SF of new fiberglass asphalt shingles.

The New Research Building #2 consists of a new multidisciplinary research laboratory
that will be the cornerstone of the University’s push to become a Top 20 national
research facility. This facility is based on the latest improvements in research
laboratory design standards, with spaces including a state of the art vivarium, wet lab
neighborhoods, computational wing, dining facility, meeting spaces, future fit out
expansion floors, as well as interview and imaging suites. The Phase 2 portion of this
project, focuses on the fit out of the remaining Basement Vivarium, Levels 4 and 5 wet
and dry lab spaces, along with smaller portions of adjustment to floors that have

This contract consists of installing approximately 5,600 L.F. of
10”, 8”, 6”, and 3” PVC waterlines along several roads in downtown Jamestown
as well as all necessary appurtenances.
The project involves re-roof work at the DOC Roederer Correction Center in La Grange, KY. The existing approximately 16,322 square foot roof to be removed is a shingle roof on plywood deck on two different buildings on the same campus. The new roof system is a standing seam metal roof. The exsiting gutters and downspounts will get replaced along with splash blocks on the ground. In addition to the roof one building will receive new vinyl siding and aluminum trim.
