The scope of this project is to replace portions of the primary Chilled Water and Hot/Chilled Water piping, perimeter Fan Coil Units and controls associated with the HVAC system at the Health Services building in Frankfort. This project will include mechanical replacements, electrical upgrades to pump controls, as well as associated controls upgrades and programming. Additionally, interior finishes upgrades to fan coil unit cabinetry will be implemented within this scope of work.

The goal of this project is to provide a roof recover for multiple sections of the roof. Approximately half of the roof was replaced previously. This project will replace the remainder of the roof. The existing roof is a two-ply modified bitumen roof which appears to have been heavily patched. The new system will be a ½” gypsum cover board with a new two ply SBS modified bitumen roof set in cold adhesive. The existing metal coping will be re-used on the part of the building to receive new roofing.

The project includes providing all construction supervision, labor, materials, tools, test equipment
necessary for West Hickman WWTP Solids Handling Improvements. The project includes
two alternate bids. Bid alternate one include the replacement three belt filter presses with two
dewatering centrifuges, three polymer blending systems, replacement of approximately 220 lf of
6” ductile buried water line, replacement of (3) 220 lf 4” ductile iron sludge lines, installation of
three screw conveyors, two magnetic flow meters, all associated electrical and instrumentation,
This project also includes the conversion of storage space into an office with a dedicated mini-split
HVAC unit, window replacements, trolley beam demolition.
The second alternate includes an additional centrifuge, conveyor, polymer blending system,

This project is for the removal of (2) ultrasonic cleaners in Central Sterile and installation of (2)
new ultrasonic cleaners including all related construction and required infection control

SCOTT FLEMING: To arrive at this site in Letcher County, from the intersection of KY15 and US119 in Whitesburg, continue on US119 north for 10.9 miles and make a slight right onto US119 /US23 north and continue 0.2 miles to Jenkins, KY. Turn right at the 1st cross street onto C&O Railroad Road and go 1.3 miles. Turn right onto KY 805 E/HWY 805/S Main Street and continue 3.4 mile. Turn left onto McPeaks Branch Road and go 0.9 miles to the project site on the left (817 McPeaks Branch).
There exists a slide directly behind the home at 817 McPeaks Branch Road. This is the slide appears to be linked to previous mining in the Upper Elkhorn #3 coal bed.
The slide material is to be excavated and replaced with Class III Backfill. The excavated material will be placed in the vacant lot located beside Mrs. Fleming. This is Scott Fleming’s property and remnants of a burned out home remain there as well as two out buildings. The two small buildings are to be removed by the property owner but not replaced by AML. A subdrain will be constructed along the base of the of the slide and discharged into the drainage channel in the front of the house.
