Project consists of the installation of 2,800 LF of 8” Dig and Replace
Gravity Sewer, ten (10) Standard 4’ diameter manholes, 1,000 LF of 6” Gravity Sewer Lateral, 4,500
LF of new Curb and Gutter, 3,000 LF of 6’ Brick Sidewalk, 1,800 LF of 18” Storm Sewer, 1,000 LF of
15” Storm Sewer, eighteen (18) Storm inlets, 300 LF of Bridge inlet, 8,000 SYDS of asphalt overlay
and all other related appurtenances.
New 2-ply modified bitumen roofing membrane installed over existing all existing areas of modified bitumen membrane roof system. Removal & repair of “wet” areas of existing roof system. Replacement of dilapidated ducting @ RTUs. Repair & restoration of clearstory window grates. Replacement of damaged gutter/ downspout section & installation of snow guards at existing metal roof eaves.
This project consists of the removal and replacement of approximately 350 square feet of brick cladding at the Health Services Building in Frankfort, Kentucky.
The project is the demolition and removal of the existing two-story Student Center on the campus of the Henderson Community College (HCC). Building removal shall include removal of the entire building, building utilities and selected site improvements. The existing site area to be filled with soil and established turf.
The purpose of this project is to improve the pedestrian and vehicular circulation on the hilltop. This project will close through vehicular traffic on Colonnade Drive as we add a loop drive to Hilltop Drive.
The scope included in this project will include: road construction, dirt fill, sidewalk removal and replacement, adding new sidewalk, concrete steps, concrete curb, rock wall construction, turf, landscape planting, railings, resurface of existing asphalt, milling and resurfacing, striping, pavers, signage, exterior lighting, and irrigation.

This project consists of the removal and replacement of
approximately 222,000 square feet of f-RPP geomembrane lagoon liner after the
City has had the sludge removed from the lagoon under separate contract. There
is also approximately 99,000 square feet of compacted borrow soil liner to be place
on the “floor” of the lagoon as well as a non-woven geotextile material between the
additional soil liner and the geomembrane liner. The borrow soil material is
available on-site. The project is being done with local funds only, and wage rates
will not apply.

Documents may be uploaded at any time during the open period indicated for each proposal. MSD has built regulatory driven infrastructure that requires routine maintenance. The maintenance requires the use of a vactor truck. Due to work load, the purpose of this bid is to have a contractor clean the infrastructure outlined in the attached maps.

This project consists of an estimated 2800 ft of 12”, 300 ft of 8”, and 270 ft of 6” water
main along with 2300 ft of 8”, 200 ft of 4”, 56 ft of 10”, 42 ft of 12”, and 28 ft of 6” SDR35 sewer
line and related accessories.
Please note this bid shall be for labor only including identified
components, i.e. blacktop, gravel, concrete, etc., MSWS will supply all piping, fittings and
accessories.
Louisville Water Company is requesting Bids for the supply and install a total of 3,680+/- linear feet of distribution water main using traditional trench installation techniques, including 560+/- linear feet of 12-inch DR-18 C900 PVC water main, 520+/- linear feet of eight (8)-inch DR-18 C900 PVC water main, 2600+/- linear feet of six (6)-inch DR-18 C900 PVC water main, for sections of two (2) neighborhood streets located and a section of state road in south central Louisville area. Also included with the project is the transfer, renewal, relocation or discontinue of 84 +/- customer services, Fire Hydrant removal and installation, cut and plugs, restoration on and along Project Limits.

The Company’s Project Manager’s estimate for the Contract plus Company supplied materials for this Project is $1,000,001 – $3,000,000. Bids will only be accepted from Bidders who have been pre-qualified by the Company in the pre-qualification category or categories that apply to this Bid. The project involves re-roof work at the KYTC – Geo-Tech. Bldg. in Frankfort, KY. The goal of this project is to install new insulation, new cover board and a new PVC membrane over the existing approximately 8,360 square foot original metal roof. Replace all gutters and downspouts, tie downspouts into the existing piping drains.
The project is focused exterior repairs on three buildings at the Main Campus. Work at the Main Campus includes landscaping wall repairs at the Campus Center (CC) and the Academic Building (ACA), and removal of skylight at the Learning Resource Center (LRC). The skylight opening will be replaced with clerestory windows and sloped roof system. Project work involves demolition, concrete, masonry, steel framing, roofing, railings, windows, and finishes.

Project Description: The project consists of an interior renovation of the existing building. The renovation will include the demolition and reconstruction of new latrines. New hollow metal doors, frames, and new door hardware. Interior finishes including ceiling grids, wall paint, resinous flooring, and CMU walls. Improvements to building mechanical systems including plumbing, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning. Renovations to building electrical systems including power, lighting. All plumbing fixtures in the restrooms will be replaced and a new natural gas fired water heater will be added to serve the new showers. LED light fixtures will take the place of existing fixtures. A new 1000 gallon propane tank and pad will be part of this project.

New distribution will be provided in the Electrical Building 41 to serve Buildings 55-60. New exterior ductbanks will be provided. Existing exterior building mounted light fixtures around Main Building will be replaced with LED. The existing campus public address system will be replaced.
