The project includes electrical and telecommunication infrastructure for the Ambulatory Electronic Health Records implementation in three clinics in the KY Clinic, the Pain Clinic at Good Samaritan Hospital, and the OB-GYN Clinic at the Good Samaritan Medical Office Building. The scope also includes a closed loop chilled water HVAC system for the communication rooms in the KY Clinic and Warren Wright buildings.
The furnishing of all labor, materials, supplies, tools, equipment, services, etc., necessary for the construction of Marion County High School Renovations as set forth in the specifications and as shown on the drawings prepared by Ross Tarrant Architects, Inc.

Louisville Water Company is requesting Bids for the installation of 655 +/- linear feet of 16-inch Pressure Class 350 ductile iron water main (restrained and non-restrained using traditional trench installation techniques); installation of 500 +/- linear feet of 12-inch Pressure Class 350 ductile iron water main (restrained and non-restrained using traditional trench installation techniques) and appurtenances and to restore the site. Also included with the project is the transfer, renewal, or relocation of 15 customer services.

The project includes necessary excavation and backfilling to construct approximately 285 linear feet of 72-inch aluminized corrugated steel pipe in Evans Branch. Associated with this construction includes new concrete and unit paving plaza, concrete sidewalks, curb and gutter, asphalt paving, and landscaping. Beyond the culvert extension, a retaining wall, utilizing large block segmental wall units, is to be constructed on each side of Evans Branch and will have metal railing attached along the entire length of wall.

The Lexington Center Corporation is in the process of engaging a Construction Manager to provide various pre-construction and construction phase services for the Rupp Area Event Support Space Renovation project. That project involves the renovation of approximately 20,000sf of dressing rooms and other support spaces on the event level of the area and the construction of a materials storage mezzanine above the performance level. This bid package involves the fabrication and erection of structural steel, metal deck, steel stair, handrails associated with the stair and ramps and associated miscellaneous steel fabrications for the mezzanine and stair. The successful bidder will be assigned to the Construction Manager selected by the Lexington Center Corporation.
This project includes related renovation work to occur primarily in the 6th grade wing and connecting corridor of the Harrison County Middle School with an alternate to replace bleachers in the middle school gym. The primary area of work will look to replace the existing insulation and ballasted EPDM roofing system with a new insulated 2-ply modified SBS granular system with minor modifications to decking for mechanical system adjustments. Mechanical work will include demolition of existing rooftop HVAC systems in portions of the 6th grade wing and the installation of new above-ceiling water source heat pump systems with connections to existing building piping system and controls. A new rooftop make-up air unit with related ductwork and one new hydronic pump replacement is included. Electrical work will include new lighting in portions of the 6th grade wing, rerouting electrical connections from old HVAC units to new HVAC units, and connections to new bleacher motors. Additionally, the ceiling grid and tile will be replaced to allow for mechanical and electrical adjustments to the interior spaces

The Division of Abandoned Mine Lands wishes to receibe bits to preform the following described work.The project is located on the Breathitt Knott County near the community of Decoy (Knott Co.). The main slide area is located in Knott County at 37 & #8304; 30′ 34′ N and 83 & #8304; 05′ 25″ W. Access to the toe of the slide is through KY 1516 in Knott County. Access to the top of the slide and the waste areas is off of Big Lovely Road in Breathitt County. The bottom portion of the slide was previously worked as an OSM emergency project. The slide covers approximately 17 acres and was an old hollow fill put in by the coal company in the 70¿s. The proposed reclamation will involve excavation of approximately 300,000 cubic yards of material from the slide area. The top portion of the slide will be stripped to rock and the bottom portion will be held in place by a rock toe buttress with the material being recompacted and benches placed along the slope for stability and drainage purposes. Material not compacted on site will be placed in the various waste areas designated on the plans. For continued project description see Special Conditions.

This work at the Paducah Transportation District 1 Office Building is for replacement of existing HVAC units. Building will be occupied during construction so work shall be phased.
The project consists of a complete phased renovation of an existing office suite (9,200 SQ FT). The work specifically includes interior framing and drywall, finishes, casework, electric, HVAC, plumbing and speinkler modifications.
This contract consists of approximately 1,730 feet of four inch (4″) waterlines, 150 gpm Booster Pump Station, a four inch (4″) Master Meter and appurtenances.

This project includes the miscellaneous demolition, installation of a new ground mounted packaged electric cooling, gas heating A/C unit and related ductwork distribution system throughout the building. Miscellaneous architectural modification will be required for ductwork to enter building.
