The project consists of furnishing all materials, equipment, labor and incidentals
necessary to; route drainage from roof gutters to the storm drainage system as
indicated on the plans; Lower drop inlet frames and grates to insure positive drainage
from sidewalks into the storm drainage system; Repair and or replace roof gutters in
locations shown on the plans as required.

A single story wood framed, brick veneered office building. The foundation shall be concrete footings and stem wall with engineered fill for a concrete floor slab. The basic structure is 2×4 exterior bearing walls sheathed and insulated. Finished with drywall and painted.
Repairs and preventive maintenance to five of UK’s existing parking structures. Repair work is generally catagorized as follows:
Repairs to damaged portions of the post-tensioned system, including overhead soffit repairs, surface repairs to slabs and beams, tendon repairs and localized beam repairs (all parking structures)
Cleaning and painting of concrete and steel surfaces (PS1, PS2)
Surface repairs to concrete columbs (PS1)
Surface repairs to concrete walls (PS1, PS2)
Drainage system component replacement and repairs (PS1)
Repairs to the existing waterproofing membrane (PS1, PS6)
Recoating of existing waterproofing membrane areas, primarily in drive aisles (all parking structures)
Slab crack repairs (PS1)
Restriping of selected parking surfaces (all parking structures)
installation of horizontol cove sealants (PS5)
Localized expansion joint repairs (PS1, PS5, PS6)
Application of penetrating sealer (PS2, PS5)
Repairs to facade (non-concrete repairs) (PS2)

To furnishing all labor, materials and equipment and performing all work necessary to relocate Crestview Drive, extended runway 7-25 140′, construct a 240′ runway safety area and slope stabilization.
This green infrastructure project involves the construction of several articulating concrete block permeable pavement strips within the neighborhood of Butchertown. This project includes connections of these paver strips to existing drainage structures and the drilling of shafts to promote infiltration. Tree boxes are proposed for both sides of Story Avenue near the existing Interstate 64 ramp immediately west of the existing freeway.

The project scope includes a new field house for the Owen Co Board of Education to house a future weight room, locker rooms, and restroom. Construction will include a pre-engineered metal building with a concrete foundation system.

GMWSS Wastewater Treatment Plant #2 Painting and Concrete Repair
The program of work for which bids are to be submitted consists of the painting of wastewater equipment in various treatment units, miscellaneous concrete repair work, and removal and replacement of various equipment.
The scope of work includes earthwork, dam and spillway construction, erosion control, the installation of a box culvert, storm sewers and appurtenances.
The site is located behind Clark Moore Middle School, north of Savannah Drive, and South of Bay Colony Subdivision.

The project consists of roof replacements and masonry restoration on Dorm’s #4 & #6. Tear off existing built up roof membrane, sheet metal, metal counter flashings, lightweight concrete fill and roof components as indicated. Install new rigid insulation, tapered insulation, metal components. And 2-Ply SBS-Modified Bituminous Membrane system as indicated on the drawings.
Complete masonry restoration and 2-coats of water repellents.
