The scope of work for both Boiler Buildings includes rehabilitating the eleavator cab, frame and rails for uninterupted operation as well as safety improvements which include, but is not limited to, caging, lights, telephone, ladders, painting and other work as noted in the contract documents. The Crescent Hill work will also require the demolition and rehabilitation of the concrete floor slabs accessing the elevator.
