Louisville Water Company is requesting Bids for the installation of +/- 230 lineal feet of 8-inch DPW water main and +/- 730 lineal feet of 8-inch PVC water main and 1,200 lineal feet of (six) 6-inch PVC water main along Outer Loop and Melda Drive. The project also includes forty (40) customer services and three (3) fire hydrant assemblies.

The scope of work includes installation of a new electric gate actuator and appurtenances, dual hydrostatic level sensors, electrical, and instrumentation and controls. Major components of the project include, but are not limited to, the following:
1) Provide new electric actuator, stem, stem nut, and housing for Gate 65 to replace the existing manual actuator.
2) Provide RTU at Gate 65 and 68 to send / receive information via a cell network to the SCADA RTU located at the 27th Street Flood Pump Station.
3) Provide SCADA RTU at the 27th Street Flood Pump Station
4) Provide SCADA interface wiring between Gates 58, 59, 62 and 64, and the SCADA RTU.
5) Install new water level sensors located in the gatewell at Gate 65 for integration into MSD’s SCADA system.
6) Replace the existing switch gear at the 27th Street Flood Pump Station.
The scope of work includes the construction on Shortline Pike of approximately 600 feet of two-lane urban roadway with sidewalk and related storm drainage improvements.
Wellness Center Addition of approx. 2800 SQ FT addition over partial basement. The structure is a stick frame brick veneer with some structural steel components. Reinforced concrete/masonry foundations and basement walls. Slab on grade and concrete on metal deck over steel bar joist floors over basement section of the project. Lean concrete fill for trench foundations.
Foundation drain system and stone fill. Dimensional shingle roofing over 30 LBS underlayment and 5/8″ plywood roof deck. Alum gutters and down spouts. Roof trusses and portions of stick frame gable framing components. 2×6 exterior wall framing and finish carpentry – casework and wood trims, solid core doors and hollow metal door frames, aluminum clad wood windows, fiberglass insulation, aluminum facia and trim. Drywall systems, acoustic ceiling systems, painting, carpet, vct tile, ceramic tile. Forced air HVAC heat pump, plumbing and fixtures, electrical service and fixtures. Minor site development, excavation. Minor site utility connections. Site concrete, minor landscaping.
Work is to include installation of approximately 6,800 LF of 8-inch, 46,000 LF of 6-inch, 36,000 LF of 4-inch, 1,500 LF of 2-inch waterline with 2,500 LF of various sized directionally drilled creek/river crossings and other appurtenances.

This contract consists of approximately 2,100 linear feet of eight inch waterline, 110 linear feet of four inch waterline, bore and case crossings for eight inch and four inch waterline, and appurtenances.
This contract consist of approximately 1,000 linear feet of 8-inch PVC waterline, 60 linear feet of 8-inch HDPE pipe (directional drilled), 36 linear feet of ductile iron pipe, 40 linear feet of 3-inch PVC pipe, 30 linear feet of bored steel encasement and associated appurtenances.
The project scope includes construction of a new main entry and secondary entry to the new Clark County High School site. The main entry will include left and right turn lanes and the secondary entry will be a right-turn-in and a right-turn-out only configuration.
This Contract provides for the installation of 6,933 linear feet of 36-inch sewer, 198 linear feet of 15-inch sewer, 779 linear feet of 10-inch sewer, and 1,616 linear feet of 8-inch sewer, 38 manholes, elimination of the Lake of the Woods WQTC and Influent Lift Station, Chippewa Pump Station, and the Chenoweth Run Pump Station.
This project consists of the furnishing and installing of gravity sewers, manholes, two pump stations, force mains, properrt service connections, asphalt paving, and all other items shown on the plans and mentioned in the specifications for a complete project.
Louisville Water Company is requesting Bids for the supply and installation of +/- 1,128 sacrificial 32-lb. magnesium anodes and 45 test stations on existing water main.
Louisville Water Company is requesting Bids to provide all labor, rigging, tools, equipment, and materials necessary to furnish and install a redundant second HVAC boiler in the JLH Building located at 550 South Third St.
The project consists of a selective demolition and renovation of the administrative suite located on the second floor of the terminal building at Blue Grass Airport. The work includes new gypsum and glass walls, ceiling replacement with both gypsum and lay-in panels, replacement floor and wall finishes, new doors, new lighting, new diffusers with duct relocation and other incidental items. New furnishing are provided under seperate contracts.
Re-roof of existing 1950’s portion of building. Provide brick/EIFS remediation. Remove and replace sealant at window/door perimeter, EIFS terminations, masonry control joints, and building/sidewalk expansion joints.

Drainage from the Hima Tipple AML project is draining in a roadside ditch along US 25 and has then created a drain beside the Anderson residence. AML proposes to construct a concrete ditch to prevent further erosion of the Anderson property. The drainage will continue into an existing roadside ditch. AML will construct a concrete ditch in the roadside ditch to prevent erosion of Anderson’s front yard. An existing CMP will be replaced and a headwall constructed. No disturbance of any stream reach is planned. No trees greater than 5” in diameter will be disturbed during October 15th-March 31st. For continued project description see Special Conditions.
