The unit is being replaced with a more efficient fan wall technology and is being sized at 20,000 CFM for future capacity. The unit will have a steam coil, chilled water coil, and humidifier similar to current condition. A clean steam to steam humidifier is being added for better indoor air quality. The control system for the unit is being replaced with a new electronic DDC system and alternate is being provided for adding the building heating system to the control system as well.
