Construction of a new 1.25 mgd Wastewater Treatment Plant in Oldham County Kentucky. The Plant processes include headworks , master pump station, 3 Basin-Sequencing Batch Reactors (SBR), wasted sludge storage tank, post equalization tank, effluent pump system and UV disinfection system. The work includes all site work, piping, electrical and control systems as necessary for a complete treatment plant, ready for continuous operations by Oldham County Environmental Authority.
Work of this proposed contract comprises of an interior fit-up to include new finishes such as solid vinyl tile, carpet, lay-in ceiling system , paint, and casework. Replacing HVAC units and new ductwork, new lighting and wiring, new fire protection system. Replace plumbing fixtures.

Fire Station #1 restroom renovation includes the demolition of the existing restroom with shower and renovation construction for two restrooms with showers on the second floor of the historic fire station. The existing construction is brick veneer on clay tile substrate exterior and bearing walls, wood studs/plaster wall finish, plaster ceiling on wood framing. In general the new finishes will be gypsum board and ceramic tile. DWV piping will extend down to the existing sanitary connection in the basement through a new chase, working with and around the exiting structural system. The new rest rooms will have all new HVAC, plumbing and electrical work. Existing utilities are to be extended to the new location for piping, electric and HVAC.

The project includes construction of a six-story addition to the New Science Building at Eastern Kentucky University. The new Phase 2 wing includes classrooms, teaching laboratories, research laboratories, offices, chemical storage areas, and support spaces totaling approximately 148,058 gross square feet. The first story of the new building will be at-grade, with the sixth floor housing mechanical and electrical equipment only. Sitework includes clearing and site preparation, installation of site utilities, earthwork and excavation, and landscaping work necessary for construction of the new building. The structural system includes drilled piers, spread concrete footings, poured-in-place architectural concrete stair tower and elevator shafts, steel superstructure with sprayed fire-resistive materials, and composite concrete floor slabs on metal decking. Exterior building materials include aluminum curtainwall and storefront framing systems, brick veneer, formed zinc wall panels, and a two-ply SBS-modified membrane roof. Interior materials include polished concrete floors, resinous flooring, carpet tile, ceramic tile, resilient base, painted gypsum board, acoustical ceilings. Specialized building components include one traction service elevator, extensive laboratory casework, and fixed laboratory equipment. The building is fully fire-suppressed, with piped laboratory gases, and includes a variable-air-volume HVAC system. All of the Phase 2 building systems are fed from the central systems in the Phase 1 building. The project also includes installation of an additional chiller in the Phase 1 mechanical room, fit up of approximately 6,575 gross square feet of laboratory space on the first floor of the Phase 1 building, and construction of a new stand-alone one-story greenhouse of approximately 3,806 gross square feet. The project includes five allowances for specialized systems, and one additive alternate for the packaged greenhouse.
