The facility consists of two clay floor animal holding pack areas separated by concrete slab cow feed bunk lanes and a middle concrete slab feeding drive lane. The structure is to be a pre-engineered metal building with prefinished metal roof panels and prefinished metal panel gable end wall. The site is greenfield, requiring minor grading. The site contains adequate borrow material.
