The HVAC system is an electric heat pump. The building will accommodate an occupancy of 21 and house the following rooms and functions: a large workroom with kitchenette, four private offices, a small conference room, men’s and women’s restrooms, mechanical room, custodial room, communications room, and reception room. The existing roof system is a built-up roof membrane over rigid insulation on metal decking.
