Consisting of the construction and/or furnishing of items as listed in the Bid Schedule included in Part III, Form of Proposal, of this document, plus incidentals necessary to complete the work. The work entails construction of approximately 650 linear feet of Sidewalk/Ramps on the east side of Rose Street from Euclid Avenue to Rose Lane and modifying a steam vault.
The scope of construction involves the removal of the existing concrete walk, curb and gutter and the relocation and construction of a new sidewalk. The steam vault manhole will also be relocated.
Walker Properties will be the construction manager. Walker Electric will be the electrical contractor Division 16. All items marked are to be furnished and installed by General Contractor. Walker Properties will furnish all appliances, cabinetry and countertops.
The work consists of approximately 700 I.f. of 8″, C-900 water line ; 300 I.f. of 8″ gravity sewer; 1,800 I.f. of 6″ pvc force main; and, a 20 hp duplex sewage lift station.

Work under this contract consists of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment and services to re-roof approzimately 16,500 square feet of the Occupational Technical Building (OTB) 100. New roofing membrane shall be a granular surfaced 2-ply SBS modified bitumen over tapered rigid insulation. The work will entail complete removal of the existing modified bitumen roofing system and rigid insulation down to existing metal deck. Existing stainless steel copings and counterflashing shall be salvaged and reused.
