The project is the construction of roof canopies at the entry points of the Wendell H. Ford Regional Training Center Shoot House Building. The work includes cast-in-place concrete, structural steel, and metal roof panels. At Contractor’s option, either a conventional framed structural steel or pre-engineered metal building system may be used for the rigid frame construction.
The Work consists of removing the existing roofing down to the existing metal deck. Inspect the existing metal deck for any rust or areas of bad decking. Install 2 layers of polyisocyanurate insulation and two layers of SBS Modified Bitumen as indicated in the appropriate specification sections. Provide new cants and flashings as indicated on the drawings. Install new copper flashing to match the existing gauge. The existing gutter shall be removed and replaced to match the existing in gauge and profile.
The work consists of a new one story, 100 feet long by 40 feet wide pole barn structure with two long sides open. The building has gravel base floor area with metal roof panels and metal wall panels on two short sides. Structure consists of laminated pole columns, composite wood beams and factory fabricated wood trusses. Galvanized metal bird netting covers entire bottom surface of trusses.

It is a mostly paved property with multiple pavement types along with an existing inactive railroad track spur that served this property in the past. The scope of this project will include the removal of sections of failing concrete pavement, asphalt pavement and gravel areas and the removal of sections of the inactive spur track and ties inside the property. Project Description:
The Urology project will include the interior renovation of approximately 8,860 square feet of a working outpatient clinic. Work include, but is not limited to, demolition (gutting), gypsum board and metal stud walls., gypsum board ceilings and soffits, acoustical ceilings, wood doors and hardware, hollow metal door frames, glazing, specialty glazing, automatic operators, resilient flooring and base, carpet tile, tiling, painting, custom millwork and solid surface counters, chair rail and corner guards, wall protection, radiation protection products, specialties, ductwork, air handler upgrades, lighting, electrical, data, fire alarm, cable tray, plumbing fixtures and piping, and fire suppression. This work will allow for eleven new exam rooms, three treatment/procedure rooms, enhanced patient and staff circulation, and improved waiting areas. Upgrades to the existing HVAC will bring it to current standards.
The scope of this project includes the removal of asphalt curb and construction of approximately 1600 linear feet of a new concrete header curb. Construction of a 5 foot wide concrete step will also be constructed with this project. The asphalt will be saw-cut and disposed of in an appropriate manner. The concrete header curb will be constructed as described in the design plans and details. There will also be ten 18″ gaps in the perimeter of the curb to allow for storm water runoff. One 6’ gap and two 10’ gaps to allow landscaping equipment to easily access the lawn area are also included in this project.
The Rough River Marina Relocation Project includes but is not limited to the relocation of the existing dock system and associated infrastructure from its current location to the site shown on the Drawings below the State Park Resort Lodge. The project includes disassembly of the existing docking systems and reassembly in the revised configuration along with approximately 384 feet of new walkway. The Dual-Agency Office building project at the Kentucky Ridge State Forest consists of a new single-story building that is approximately thirty (34) feet wide by sixty (62.5) feet long. The building is divided into a conditioned office / meeting area with an accessible restroom, and a separate supporting shop area accessed by 2 walk doors and an overhead door. Included in the scope of work is a Conventional wood-framed building structure engineered to withstand local design loads and site conditions by a registered professional engineer. Greenbo Lodge is located at Greenbo Lake State Resort Park, 965 Lodge Road in Greenup, Kentucky. It is a Kentucky State Park. The lodge includes 36 guest rooms, meeting rooms and dining facilities. Work of this project includes complete removal and replacement of existing built-up roofing systems located over the kitchen. The surface area of the roof is approximately 2,750 square feet. The new roof work includes tapered polyisocyanurate insulation achieving a minimum R-25 thermal performance rating with a 2-ply modified bitumen and vapor retarder weatherproofing system.
