The Work in this Project shall include all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and services required to construct and install the complete and operational systems described herein and on the Drawings. The Project includes partial demolition of existing climbing wall and installation of new concrete foundations, new steel framed tower, new steel framed stairs, bracing and new rappelling station anchorage points. The Work will include supplying, installing, and testing to ensure proper operation of all systems.
Construction of a 3,744 square feet masonry structure for storing fire apparatus vehicles and associated site work for the WHFRTC. The work includes General, Mechanical and Electrical Construction.
Work includes providing all required material, labor and equipment to perform selective demolition and associated reconstruction of project improvements as hereinafter described. Work includes complete removal and replacement of an existing 4-ply mop-down asphalt roof including roof insulation, edge trim, roof vents, coping caps, gutters and downspouts located on one (1) building in Harrodsburg, KY. The new roof is to be adhered (cold applied adhesive or mop-down) 2-ply SBS modified bitumen over rigid polyisocyanurate insulation. The deck is sloped corrugated metal and is to receive mechanically fastened base course and adhered insulation and cover board. New “A” style gutters with new downspouts and fascia trim are to be installed along all roof edges. A new snap-on aluminum coping system is to be installed on all parapet walls. Also included in the work is removal of caulk from masonry surfaces, window and door frames, patching, tuckpointing and water sealing of existing masonry and precast concrete; recaulking of windows and doors, and painting exterior doors and frames.

The work consists of a new one story, 100 feet long by 40 feet wide pole barn structure with one long side open. The building has gravel base floor area with metal roof panels and metal wall panels on two short sides and one long side. Structure consists of laminated pole columns, composite wood beams and factory fabricated wood trusses. Galvanized metal bird netting covers entire bottom surface of trusses.
This project involves the construction of a new storage building at the site where the original facility was located. The new structure will be of pre-engineered metal building construction and be of approximately 1,800 s.f. size, with an overhang space for outdoor equipment. The interior of the building will be divided into 2 parts with an enclosed storage room finished with drywall, and an open bay workshop area accessed by overhead doors. A small mezzanine area of approximately 600 s.f. will be constructed over the enclosed storage room.

The fence will start and terminate at an existing similar fence and will include two sets of double 6′ swinging gates to accommodate automobile traffic.
