The project involves construction of an approximately 2,185 square foot building for Training Site Headquarters Personnel. The primary structural system is load bearing metal stud framing with spray applied foam insulation. The roof consists of standing seam steel panels on Structural Insulated Panels bearing on engineered cold form trusses. Openings in the exterior include aluminum framed storefront windows, and hollow metal doors and frames. Steel siding over a brick knee wall is the exterior cladding material for the building. The interior finishes include ceramic tile, polished concrete, painted gypsum wall board, resilient tile, resilient wall base, and acoustical panel ceilings. The mechanical system will include a geothermal system with heat recovery for fresh air intake. The rest rooms include conventional fixtures in both men’s and women’s. The project also includes Solar Photovoltaic panels mounted to the roof standing seams. An entrance gate and small ancillary building for gate controls/communications and small parking area are also included.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The program of work for which bids are to be submitted consists of approximately 1,565 L.F. of 8-inch gravity sewer, including all related appurtenances for
the Contract No.3 – Bryarfield Sanitary Sewer Extension for the City of Mt. Washington Kentucky.
This project includes work on Vest Lindsey house listed on the national register of historic places. Work must adhere to the Secretary of the Interior’s Standards for Reconstruction of historic structures. The general contractor shall provide evidence he/she has past work experience with similar buildings. Subcontractors performing carpentry, masonry repair and tuckpointing shall also have past experience. The general contractor shall have 15 years experience working on buildings listed on the national register.
This project includes replacement of the existing standing seam metal roof over new plywood sheathing, and re-installation of existing gutters and downspouts with new attachment devices. Masonry work includes cleaning algae from masonry surfaces, and tuckpointing stone and brick in limited areas. Lime putty mortar will be utilized. All existing painted surfaces will be re-painted. There is minor wood repair required. Windows will be repaired by owner and painted by contractor. Work trades include the following:

The rear wall of the NTC Vocational School has experienced foundation settlement and will be repaired. The project involves foundation underpinning of the footings, then slab-jacking for the first floor slab on grade near the affected walls. The walls will be pinned to the slab to prevent any rotation. The cracks in the masonry walls and brick veneer will be repointed. The existing control joints will be properly caulked. The roof framing will be properly secured with metal connectors. A drain pipe will be installed beneath the sidewalk on the left side of the building. The earth on the left side of the building will be properly graded to effectively drain water away from the foundation.

existing asphalt shingle roof, metal flashing and downspouts.
Replace aging Mechanical Systems of the London Readiness Center in London, Kentucky, along with a full lighting, ceiling grid and pad replacement, a renovation of the restroom facilities, and a renovation to include a Nursing Room to comply with UFC 4-171-05. Demo existing restroom facilities and associated MEP systems, and replace with new fixtures and systems as indicated in the contract documents.
The goal of this project is to provide a resinous floor in the warehouse areas of the USPFO Building at the Boone National Guard Center. Additional scope of work includes the removal of empty shelving prior to prep and installation of the floor. After installation of the floor new shelving will be reinstalled by the contractor. Walls in the open area of the warehouse shall receive wall paint and dryfall ceiling paint.
