The scope of work includes pre-project planning; completion of waste characterization and disposal arrangements for lead-impacted soils; utility locates to identify nearby underground and overhead infrastructure; mobilization and site setup; careful excavation of approximately 175 cubic yards of
lead-impacted soil within the designated area, with particular attention to adjacent buildings, utility lines, and other structures; direct loading and transport of excavated material for off-site disposal; import, placement, and compaction of tested clean backfill within the excavation; grading of the restored surface; placement of topsoil; seeding and protection of disturbed areas; site cleanup; and demobilization.
