The Kentucky Department of Aviation is proposing to construct two 60’ x 80’ box hangars adjacent to an existing apron at the Capital City Airport in Frankfort, Kentucky. The project will consist of two pre-engineered metal box hangars, each with a unisex restroom, electric, and heating. Additionally, the project will include grading, drainage, concrete pavement, asphalt mill and overlay, utility work, and associated improvements.
