This invitation is for renovation of the 1st and 2nd floor HVAC as well as the roof in the Keen Johnson building
as specified in the following bid at Eastern Kentucky University’s Richmond Campus. The work includes
Description
furnishing all labor, materials, equipment and services necessary for the complete renovation including all items
as indicated throughout the attached event specifications.
Work will begin immediately following an official Award of Contract and Purchase Order from Eastern Kentucky
University. A point of contact for EKU Project Management will be provided to the awarded vendor at time of
award.
Eastern Kentucky University reserves the right to award in part or in whole and to award multiple
suppliers/contracts if in the best interest of the university.
