The project will be constructed utilizing a “Construction Manager / General Contractor (CM/GC)”. The successful Individual Bid Package Contractor will enter into a contract with the CM/GC. D. W. Wilburn, Inc. will serve as the CM/GC for the project. No contractual relationship will be entered into between the successful Individual Bid Package Contractor and the Danville Independent School System.
