The Project generally consists of the construction of a 110,000 SF building expansion east of the existing terminal.
The Work of the Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of, but is not necessarily limited to,
general construction work including cutting and patching, selective demolition, concrete, masonry, steel structure
and metal fabrications, casework, roofing, insulation, curtainwall and glazing, doors and hardware, interior finishes,
elevators and escalators, signage and wayfinding, and other work as indicated; civil work including paving, grading,
utilities, and other related work as indicated; mechanical work including HVAC, fire protection, plumbing, and other
work as shown; and electrical work including electrical demolition, panels, conduit, wire and cable, boxes, wiring
devices, lighting, low-voltage and technology systems, supporting devices, and other work as indicated.
