City of St. Matthews – Warwick Park Phase 2 & 3 Improvements
The project consists of construction of Warwick Park: Phase 2 & 3 located in the block bounded by
Washburn Avenue, Columbia Avenue, Virginia Avenue, and Kentucky Avenue in St. Matthews, KY
40207. The work includes site demolition, building demolition and clearing of the site, earthwork for
the site based on the civil grading plan, protection of existing trees, construction of two replacement
parking lots, a new playground, pavilion, pergola, replacement of the loop trail, installation of a
small culvert bridge, and underground stormwater storage system.
